After some minor scheduling miscommunication, the team arrived to clean out my late Mother’s home of 61 years. This was a one-time “move-in-move out” cleaning. It was a great value. The ladies on the cleaning team did a great job, working both hard and smart, and took pride in their work. I would definitely hire them again.

The consistency is not there. There have been times when the cleaners had my place immaculate, everything is left the way i requested, then on another cleaning, items were broken and apparently they failed to alert me to the minor items being broken. My last appointment, i was disappointed as they failed to follow directions which set off my alarm, and my guestroom which only require dusting and vacuuming, the beds were messed up as if someone was sitting or laying on my bedspread.. Cleaning towel laying on my decorative towels as if they forgot to take it with them. I'm just going to keep looking until I find a match... I was very disappointed because they've provided kind services but I need my house to be deeply clean as that is what I pay for. Please stop moving clients things, use your decorating skills at your house, not mine..

My husband and I were very pleased with the deep cleaning service. The ladies came in and tackled all the dust and dirt from our renovation. Everything was sparkling after they were done. They were pleasant, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend Clean Polish Shines. Perfect for ongoing and one off cleaning.

This is the very best staff cleaning service I have ever encountered. These ladies went straight to work and did more than an amazing job. They are kind, very respectful, decent personality. I am so grateful they finally came, in spite the traffic, they honored their words and comments to do the job. The service was AAA+++. The price was very decent and affordable, so I gave them almost an extra $50 tip. That's because they were so good, honest, hard working, efficient and thorough. Because of this, I will have them do my house cleaning for Christmas/New Years and often. I'm glad I found them and I am very very very pleases. Thank you.

I've been through over a dozen cleaning companies who never met my standards. The Cleaning authority does. They are the first cleaners that I don't have to "touch up" when they are done. I've recommended them to friends who all love them too. I plan on keeping them as my regular cleaning company forever. I have 2 large dogs, 5 bathrooms and a MESSY family and the house is white-glove spotless when they are done. They are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
