Our first time cleaning. Overall a good job. A couple of places seemed to have been missed or overlooked. Example, the top of the kitchen counters and the top of the refrigerator were dusty. A leather ottoman in the living room looks like it might have been dusted but still had spots.

I'm a fan. I'm currently in grad school with a full time job and 2 small kids (and all the mess that comes along with that).

First: I like that there is an estimate available online
Second: The initial walkthrough was easy and painless
Third: I appreciate the reminders for the appointments (email and one phone call)
Fourth: My house looks great. They cleaned AND organized my common areas which I really appreciate. It feels like a reset of my home.

I have them scheduled to come every 2 weeks which is just the right amount of time before thing become overwhelming for me.

I just began using the service and I am so glad I made the investment. The office manager, Ashley, is courteous, professional and willing to work with your schedule if needed. The cleaning crew is also courteous and they do a fantastic job. My home is so clean and I am so pleased!!!

I started using The Cleaning Authority since right before the Holidays. I just had my 3rd cleaning. I opted to only have my bathrooms clean since that is what I was struggling to keep up with. They come once a month and give each bathroom a deep cleaning. They use natural cleaners that are not harmful to the environment or animals. I have several animals that frequent my bathrooms so this was important to me. The cleaning crew that shows up is friendly and efficient. They always ask me to check their work prior to their departure. The Company gives me a window of the arrival time and the cleaning crew has been punctual without issue. They also provide me printed and written receipts with a email letting me know when my next scheduled cleaning is. They also notify me with a reminder the day prior.

I respect the professionalism throughout the entire process. Sure beats the 4 voicemails with zero callbacks I encountered prior to discovering The Cleaning Authority.

I used The Cleaning Authority for a little over 2 years. At first, it started out well. I met with Gary the owner and sales person and we mapped out a specific plan for my home. The problems arose in that the Cleaning Authority has a rotational method of cleaning that does not reflect the services Gary and I agreed to. While some crews would remember the right things to do, others would not.

Eventually, a crew was assigned to me that was very good. They lasted as a team almost a year. Unfortunately for me, one of the team members left to have a baby and the others that were assigned to fill her spot afterwards were not as good.

Examples of the problems:
1) We work at home and the team members would talk on the phone loudly. We complained and it was addressed, but the problem would recur.
2) Two sets of team members were caught just sitting in our den not working but on their phones and conversing
3) Dusting was spotty. One worker did it very well; the others seem to hate dusting. We continue to find areas of maximum build up, even though they were supposedly dusting.
4) Items were broken for which we were not reimbursed. We forgave up to a point---we are still awaiting reimbursement for a lamp.
5) Rates were raised abruptly, shortly after we joined. Again, we ate the cost because of one good team member we liked, but we were shocked at how quickly rate went up---from $175-$195 in a few months
6) The final straw for us was when a new team member came on board and repeatedly did not clean the soap tray in a bathroom, placed a dirty drainer and dirty cleaning cloths on top of my facial soap, could not put rugs and other items back in place, banged into the walls and doors with her vacuum (knicked them), and knocked framed art askew. When pointed out to the Cleaning Authority these problems, I was assured they would be corrected; the next week the same things happened, with the same worker even putting the dirty drainer on top of the soap.
7) The manager of day-to-day operations was also very difficult to work with. The daughter of the owners, she was rarely willing to admit a mistake even when she made mistakes in billing.
8) The direct supervisor would come to check on things but often engaged herself in loud conversations with her staff or about things unrelated to the house cleaning.

The oddest thing is that we did not complain about the repeat of the drainer-on-the-soap incident mentioned in number 6 again to the manager because we were trying to be kind; I assumed perhaps the person was impaired to keep doing the same mistakes over and over again. Her partner worker stated to us that she was tired of working with person who had done it, because that worker tended to half-do her job. She actually asked us to complain, but we did not.

I don't know what happened, but The Cleaning Authority's response was to abruptly cancel our services. Very unprofessional. So in short, I would say that The Cleaning Authority can do well when you are lucky enough to get a good team. But they seem to take it very personally if you raise concerns about the routine items anyone would expect in their house cleaning.

Went above and beyond today. Ladies were very helpful with a clogged toilet. Clean up was messy. They deserve a raise! Tipped them well.

I just had my first clean with The Cleaning Authority, and they did an amazing job. I'd let my house get really cluttered and dirty while working long hours, and was getting overwhelmed just looking at my vacuume cleaner. Today, the team came for Clean A and I can honestly say my house has never looked so good. The team did a fantastic job. I'm so, so glad I had them come, and I'm looking forward to never seeing my house get that bad again.

Not impressed. Poor scheduling to begin with, I was given a two hour window and they showed up an hour after that window. When the team arrived I had two sleeping children and I asked to do those rooms last. After 45 minutes of “deep cleaning” they said they were done and were waiting to get into the last two bedrooms. Once the bedrooms were available they were “deep cleaned” one which had a bathroom they spent 11 minutes in and the second with no bathroom they spent a total of 4 minutes in.
After 2 initial cleans that were supposed to be “extra thorough” I was left with multiple things around my home untouched or not wiped down to what the paper said they would be doing. I will obviously be canceling this service and seeking a different cleaner.

The team arrived on time and they were thorough in completing the clean. Very friendly and communicative. Job well done with the little bonus surprise of toilet paper origami.☺️😂. Love it!😊

Team 5 was here today. Both ladies were extraordinarily efficient They were respectful and considerate of old me! They did an incredible job shining me up in spite of the considerable clutter they have to deal with. My home absolutely sparkled when these two ladies left for their next job!! I just had another awesome cleaning from The Cleaning Authority! My 8 year-old's room is the hardest room to keep clean in the house. With too many toys and his proclivity for art projects, I often find it overwhelming, not even knowing where to begin. The ladies at The Cleaning Authority tackled it, again, with no problem and without hesitation. And that's how they clean the whole house. Love you, ladies!!

I was very satisfied with my service. My house smells so clean and after the downstairs bathroom renovation there was dust everywhere. They wet cleaned the furniture, wiped off fireplace area and tables, vacuum. They cleaned several rooms also. Cannot wait for them to return for whole house service.
