The Right Choice came in clutch! We had family coming into town and no time to do the necessary deep clean. Two Beagles can produce an ungodly amount of hair and despite this the please was looking immaculate. Several weeks of crumbs, hair, smudges, and all the other things that happen without you noticing were undone!

Abigail and Olivia were fantastic to work with. Their service was great and timely. Living in Herndon, VA we had tried a lot of other cleaners before but we feel like we made the "right choice" (pun intended) this time around. Would highly recommend using them again in the future.

I spoke with William about my services. I explained what I would like done, and he agreed.

The maid came in without proper cleaning equipment, so she had to leave, which took some time. My apartment was half-cleaned. Everything in my closet was thrown to one side, and I'm unsure why. It looked better before the maid touched it. I assumed she was going to go back to clean the closet last.
( The clothes in the hamper were cleaned. I combine it to make it easier for the maid to hang and fold.) See the photos below.

Williams called me and told me if I wanted the clothes folded, I would need to pay an extra $50. I asked for an accommodation or solution since he told me yesterday that it would be done. His exact words were, “ She has to go! We don't work for free. I'm not accommodating anything.” That was said aggressively toward me, although I paid for a full service.

⚠️The poor maid is treated horribly. I knew it was terrible service, especially the way he referred to his worker as “The girl.” Sir, she has a name, and that's your employee. The text will be uploaded. I felt terrible for the maid because she wanted to stay, but he told her to leave. What a nasty boss!
This place is Greedy and unprofessional.

I usually use NOBLE CLEANING. But they were booked. They send two maids, two hour $180 and the house will be spotless!! If you have any questions or concerns they will fix all issues before payment. Noble cleaning is quality with excellence. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Now, I will upload two more texts; see below. 👀👀 William was aware that she did not complete the service. Instead, l was told I needed to pay extra, although I already paid for the entire service. In addition, your maid forgot the vacuum.
Offering a client 30 more minutes to complete the service to upcharge isn't fair. Instead your company could have completed the service l fully paid for.

As a business, you could have genuinely apologized. And took this as a teachable moment to optimize and leverage your company publicly. Instead, you chose to sound bitter, argumentative, and unprofessional as a business owner. I did an honest review so people can have choices because I didn't. I rather send people to a place that treats their employees and consumers with respect. Book at your own risk! 👹👹

We had a last minute situation and they accommodated us the next day for a deep cleaning first thing in the morning. When we came back to the home, the work overall was good however the shower obviously still needed more work. I reached out to their customer service who sent out staff the next day to finish the job. In the end we were left satisfied with the cleaning and the prompt response to ensure things were up to par.

I had an awful experience with this company. They refused to clean my kitchen, claiming it was “too dirty” and that they didn’t have enough time! Isn’t that what a cleaning service is for? I was shocked by the excuse, but it only got worse. Despite skipping the kitchen, they overcharged me for the full service.

When I called customer service to address the issue, they were completely unhelpful and rude. Instead of resolving the problem, they told me, “ You can take it to court.” I couldn’t believe how dismissive and unprofessional they were.

I highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not deliver on their promises, overcharge, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Save your money and hire a different cleaning service!

The name of this business couldn’t be any more true, as calling them was “THE RIGHT CHOICE!”

I’ve had many different cleaning companies come over the years and either they do the bare minimum or start to lack in certain areas of cleaning.

The right choice has never let me down. Always consistent with service at an amazing price. Communication has always been on point as well.

If you don’t go with the Right Choice Cleaning Service ; then you are making the wrong choice!

I hired the right Choice cleaning team for a deep clean on my bathrooms and my kitchen, they did a fantastic job my oven and my fridge both look brand new my oven was quite dirty.
The bathrooms look wonderful one has a glass shower and it’s squeaky clean, spotless. I can’t say enough about what a great job They did.

I requested a quote and William promptly reached out to me after 10:00pm to discuss our needs. We communicated the following morning and he provided an EXCELLENT and REASONABLE quote for a deep clean on the 1st floor and a standard clean on the 2nd floor. Additionally, we were provided same-day service, which made my husband and I so happy and relieved! We just finished a 1st floor remodel and were eager for a deep clean so we could enjoy our home. William communicated to us throughout the day and when the cleaners were here. Communication and efficiency were superb. The ladies were running approximately 15-minutes late due to a previous job and William gave us a heads up.

The 2 ladies who cleaned our home did a FANTASTIC job on a 2-story 2,060 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath. They added touches like taking out the trash and putting new trash bags in the trash bins. We had not seen a clean house since remodeling the house in February. We had not seen our brand new floors dust and debris free since they first were installed. We are so overjoyed to be in a super clean, dust free house and we are FINALLY enjoying our first floor.
