We had two tvs mounted, recessed lighting installed, and multiple fans installed. Maurice was wonderful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, including coming out again after the work was completed to tie up a few loose ends. The price and quality of the work were great!

I was impressed with the level and quality of expertise and professionalism this company demonstrated regarding the installation of our security system. Each tech respected our home to ensure no dirt was tracked in as they installed the outdoor cameras. They cleaned up all the debris caused by the running of wires through the attic, walls and the crawl space. Very clear and articulate regarding the operation and functionality of the system. I would definitely recommend this company, Level Up to my family and friends.

After some research and price comparisons, I decided to go with Level Up, and boy, am I glad I did!!! From the moment I spoke with Maurice, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a pretty big job, so he sent a few guys out. Danny Javaugn and Lando exceeded my expectations all whilst my ac konked out . Thinking I could get it all done myself and quickly realizing I couldn’t. Called them on a Saturday and they were out to my home on Monday to hang my 55’ TV and install my Ring system.

We had three TVs that needed to be mounted. One of which was not easy, considering the minimal space on the wall and the close proximity of a fireplace. They were able to brainstorm and resolve the issue. The crew was extremely professional and friendly, and showed up on time. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what other companies typically charge.

Scheduled an appointment with the company to install camera's after a breakin to my neighbors house. I waited all day and the company never showed up. Later on in the day a representative from the company called and apologized and Scheduled another appointment. I didn't really have high expectations but a person showed up. The representative spoke to me as i indicated where i would like camers mounted. I was never showed any products to consider. I was only told of some features and given a round about price of $1500-2500 for 3 camera's. I was promised to have an estimate that same afternoon and a week later I received no response. Not a good sign of business practice. I do not recommend this company to anyone. My first thoughts is that i wasn't taken seriously.

Javon and DeAndre installed our Vivo motorized mantel mount from Amazon with our 77" TV perfectly. I was a bit concerned with the surface they were mounting to and any complications it might present. They were both open and honest in some recommendations. They got it done. Overall I'm very satisfied with what I have now. My room is now opened up. I had a great experience with Level Up. They were able to mount my TV on my apartment's drywall after I struggled with the metal studs in it. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had, gave me some great advice for next steps I can take to quickly (and cheaply) sort my cables, measured my furniture to determine the best height for the TV before mounting it, and so on. The attention to detail was incredible - they even kept track of which ports my devices were plugged into so they could reconnect them exactly as they found them. They even wiped my TV of fingerprints when they were done, even though they wore gloves the entire time so the only prints they removed were mine. They actually left my TV CLEANER than when they arrived. Can't recommend them enough for a quick, professional, and courteous service.

I reached out to Level Up Installs to handle several straightforward tasks at a new property I was purchasing. The job included a car charger swap (line already ran), about 25 light switch changes, 3 APs and 4 TVs to be mounted, 4 Ethernet camera lines to be ran and terminated (interior to exterior lines were pre-run and a switch was already provided), a smart doorbell swap, and 3 smart lock deadbolt installs. Everything was designed and prepped — I just needed a capable crew to execute since I didn’t have the time.

The process started fine with a scheduled walkthrough to quote the job. I was told I’d get a confirmation call the day before — that never came. On the day of, I had to coordinate with my realtor since we hadn’t closed yet, and it was important the visit happened before the closing later that week. I was assured they were still coming but they showed up 1.5 hours after the end of the scheduled window, making both me and the realtor wait.

The technician who arrived seemed completely unprepared — took almost no notes and looked confused despite my thorough explanation and the prior phone discussion outlining all tasks. I was told I’d receive a quote by Friday (this was Monday). Not only did I never get the quote, I never even got a follow-up. Weeks later, I’m fully moved in — and I ended up doing all the work myself.

While I probably saved money, it was a frustrating waste of time. For $100+ per light switch (even when doing several in one box), you’d expect they’d be eager for a $300–$400 quick job, not to mention the rest of the work. None of this was complex: no masonry, no wet walls, no structural complications. Everything was ready and planned.

Bottom line: if you’re looking for someone to help with anything more than a basic install, be warned — they may ghost you, waste your time, and leave you scrambling.

Connected to the company through Verizon’s installer deal. Javon and Matt came out to install a handful of ring flood lights. The were fast, efficient, and courteous. They were in and out. I know they don’t take that long. But I didn’t have to fight climbing ladders and going through the time spent dealing with debris inside outdoor electrical boxes. Company was extremely professional and will be using them for more projects outside the scope of Verizon’s deal.
