I recently had a issue with mold in my property. I was overwhelmed with the mold results that I received and was worried about the overall cost. I called several mold remediation companies to see if they would come out and give me an estimate on the work to be done. After talking to several companies and doing some research, I decided to use Ace Multi-Cleaning. The owner, Don Lassiter, was very knowledgeable on mold remediation process from beginning to end. After explaining to him the situation at hand, he setup an appointment with me right away and came over the next day. He explained the whole process on what needed to be done. He answered all questions that I had and was always available when I had additional questions and concerns. He was reassuring that his company could handle the problem....and they did. Don and his staff came in, remediated the mold problem and conducted a post-mold testing as well. I was very pleased with the work that he and his staff completed. I will definitely use his services again.

I had an excellent experience with Ace. Like a lot of people I got flood damage in my basement in early July. I called probably a dozen places trying to get someone in that night. Don and his crew came out even though it was quite late at night and they pulled the wet carpet and baseboards out, probably avoiding thousands of dollars in water damage. They were great to work with throughout the process - very highly recommended.

Don Lassiter is extremely professional and you get results very quickly. When a pipe burst in my basement and flooded it I called a random restoration company and after they cleaned up the water and tore my basement all apart they recommend Don's company. He came out and immediately started putting the walls back together. He would've had my basement fixed in 2 weeks if it wasn't for the special carpet I ordered. My basement is beautiful and you would never have known it had been damaged.

Always ready to talk or text with clear answers and explanations of the process. He is extremely helpful with suggestions and ideas to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

Ace Multi-cleaning’s employees are respectful, professional and helpful as well. I even had an unrelated question about my roof and without question Thomas got on my roof to check it out and caulked a spot for me “just in case”.

I am so glad I asked my insurance company to find me a smaller, local company. I hope I never need this kind of service again, but if I do I will definitely call Don without hesitation!

Don is literally my hero. Our basement suffered serious water damage after the recent storm and we were concerned about getting the carpets out before we got mold. All of the other water mitigation companies wouldn't even call us back because everyone was so busy. Don came through for us and committed to getting to us on time. His work was excellent and he was extremely responsive. He knows how to work with insurance companies, and we always felt like we were in good hands. He's an expert and we're so fortunate that he helped us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had 3 serious problems with my DC house over the last 2 years. My basement had water seeping into the living area a year ago. 6 months ago, my kid left water running in a sink, and it overflowed and damaged the ceiling in my basement. Just last month, rain water from my top floor gutters overflowed and somehow entered one of my bedrooms. In all 3 cases, I called Ace Multi Cleaning and Restoration (who my Eckington neighbor recommended) and the Ace owner Don came over on each occasion and quickly pin pointed the repair needed to solve each of these problems. And he quoted me a price significantly better than Home Depot or the other places I called. It was a breath of fresh air to find a home improvement professional that was prompt, intelligent, honest and reasonably priced. I give Don and his team my highest recommendation!
