Had a broken water pipe and called Eddys and he responded that evening to fix the pipe. I also had several jobs that needed a professional and he came over a few days later and repaired/replaced a leaking pipe to installing new dryer vent pipes. Also repaired an exterior water leak. What I like about this company is it’s a one stop shop, very responsive, punctual and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended !!

Mr. Zavala/SIC built a 450 sqft master bedroom addition plus full basement to our home. My family absolutely loves it! We contacted multiple contractors to request estimates, and selected SIC because they were extremely timely, professional, responsive and respectful of our design requirements. We didn't have an exact floor plan in mind so Mr. Zavala took the time to inspect the property carefully, understand our general requirements and quickly draw several potential design sketches until we saw exactly what we desired. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding in every way, and he continuously kept us informed of project status, issues, recommendations and schedule until the project was completed. I have worked with several home improvement contractors and would rank SIC at or among the top. Excellent experience, service, quality and value - highly recommend!

Highly recommend. We had them build a custom bench in our kitchen. It was completed quickly and came out looking great. Very happy with the price, quality and overall build process - so much so that we hired them again instantly to build custom lockers for coats/shoes.

My husband and I highly recommend Edis Zavala (Skills in Construction). He is a very competent contractor that is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We remodeled the entire second level of our townhouse. This job included the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, laundry area, flooring which involved stairs to other levels, and painting. Electrical and plumbing issues that we have lived with for years are now resolved. Edis took care of all of the permits that were needed to complete the job in our county. When we needed to discuss materials, he was able to offer very useful information to support our decisions. We are very pleased with the final results and enjoying our updated living space. We plan to consult him for future jobs in our townhouse.

Judging from what they left behind in the system install for my church in 2022 I would not call them to service it. The worksite was left in a mess. Some of the work was questionable as to whether they knew what they were doing at all. I wish I had taken photos so I could share them with you very very sloppy work.
