This is an excellent cleaning service. We started having them come to our office and the staff was so thorough and friendly that we decided to ask them to clean our home too! They do a wonderful job and leave everything looking fresh, clean, and neat at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Oh man...they do a wonderful job. I only meant to use them once for a short term rental, but it was so clean (and in places I'm pretty sure I haven't touched in years) that I'm probably just going to go ahead and book again.

Seriously, they cleaned my back door (dog paws) and the fronts of my kitchen cabinets and some open shelving that had weird marks on them that I thought would go away if I ignored them long enough....

One of the coolest parts is the fact that you can order everything and pay online so no more scrambling to leave cash for the cleaners. Very high-tech for a cleaning company that's a small, local biz and not a franchise or corporate box company.

I've used Unique Cleaning Solutions twice and both times the crew that came was on time, extremely thorough, and very professional. They were also very conscientious of my husband and I working from home. Would highly recommend!

Had two units cleaned and I cannot say enough of the dedication and commitment the ladies took on cleaning my apartment and my house. They left the house immaculate and smelling great. I loved the fact there were able to provide Green Chemicals which I really needed for my toddler and Pregnant wife. Very hard working ladies and i will recommend them without any hesitation. keep Up the great and outstanding performance.

I contacted Unique cleaning solutions, they gave me the run-around for 3 days straight. I was ready to schedule a cleaning and every time I called I was transferred and shuffled between the 2 offices. I spoke with Angel 3 different times and each time he told me he would speak with the scheduling manager and send me an email with all the details needed to confirm my booking. I never received any correspondences. Each time I spoke with Angel he promised to give me a call back with 15 minutes and failed to do so each time. I didn’t even have the opportunity to schedule a cleaning with them and I wouldn’t recommend them based on the inadequacy, lack of follow-up and horrible communication. My only assumption is that the service would have been just as disappointing as the customer service. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars, please don’t waste your time with this establishment.

I have never used a cleaning service before but now I can't imagine going back. I've had several different crews from Unique Cleaning solutions and they have all been fantastic. They are friendly, thorough, and quick. One thing I have noticed is that each crew has done something unexpected and special; things that I don't often find until a day or two after they come through (examples: folding a pile of clothes on a shelf, rearranging the items in the closet so they hung with more space in between, taking out the cat's litter bag from the litter genie, folded toilet paper rolls, towels folded just so, etc.). They are affordable and reliable. Monday evenings are my favorite, as I get to come home to a nice clean house.

We just had our first cleaning - deep cleaning - and it was fantastic! The cleaners, Maria and Yamileth, were friendly, hardworking, on time, and excellent cleaners. They did all that was expected and more! We've had a cleaner once or twice in the past (a cleaning here, a cleaning there), and these two far surpassed any house cleanings we've ever gotten. I'm so happy and recommend the company highly! Thank you!

I have used Unique for several years and highly recommend them. Scheduling, rescheduling, and paying online is seamless. But if you need to talk with someone in person, they always answer the phone! And my cleaners - usually Sylvia with another person - are excellent: professional, hardworking and very personable. They are a totally customer service oriented operation.

Unique Cleaning Solutions has been my cleaning company off and on for eight years and they remain top notch. The cleaning crews are always professional and make sure I'm completely satisfied before they leave. I refer them to friends and family all the time and they love them too.

Since the spring of 2018 Unique Cleaning has been my go to for cleaning services of my home. However, after the recent poor customer service I experienced with Angel (who is either the owner or manager) I have to write this negative review about Unique Cleaning. They were scheduled to service my home on May 11th at 3 pm. I hired them as I was having bad back pain and I had family coming in town for my cousin’s college graduation (I was hosting my party). So the day of, the office staff calls me at 4 pm saying they were running late. At this point they are an hour late and I was willing to work with them. They informed me they should be there no later than 4:45 pm. Well 4:45 pm rolls around and no one arrived. So I called their office to speak with the customer service team. They offered to send someone out Friday morning at 9 am or 2 pm Friday afternoon. I let them know Friday wouldn’t work since I had a lot or errands to run in preparation for the graduation party. Then they offered to have four people come to clean my home and they would get it done in one hour. I let them know I have anxiety still about COVID (because I had a close family died due to COVID) and I have a one bedroom so four people in my home would be too much. I had plans that Thursday evening, so if they came even later I would have to push my plans back. I was willing to do so if Angel would give me some form of compensation for the inconvenience, even if it was just $20 off. However, Angel who was being condescending and uncooperative. He was not willing to offer any form of compensation. They also were very eager to say we used cancel the appointment all together. Seems like they don’t like having their staff cleaning beyond 5 pm. I was highly disappointed that after the many years of giving Unique my money and referring family and friends to them, that they would mistreat me in this manner. I’m sure Angel is going to respond with a snarky reply by saying he tried to offer me solutions but as I told him those solutions did not work for my needs. Angel has very poor business practices and could use some extensive customer service training.

My first experience with Unique Cleaning Solutions was having them clean our office. They were so friendly and did such a wonderful job, that I also hired them to clean our home. They have been great to work with and I highly recommend hiring them!

If you are like me when you see everything that needs to be cleaned you get stressed out and can't relax. Hiring a cleaning service is the perfect solution, especially since most of us can't get nearly as much done as the professionals can. I've been using Unique for years and highly recommend them. They have always been on time and do a great job. Well worth it to get my sanity back.
