Unique Cleaning is fantastic. First and most importantly, they clean VERY well! Their staff members are so thorough, professional, polite, and courteous. They can clean just about anything including ceiling fans, hardwood floors, ovens, and so much more. They fold clothes so neatly!!! Their staff are trustworthy which is critical and they even get along with my 90lb Boxer!! Because I have a large home, it takes hours to clean and that is costly- the only weakness in the service is the cost. But overall, it is a good value.

I used Unique Cleaning for a move-out clean/turnover for new tenants for a rental property. I had used other services in the past and did not have good experiences, but they did an AMAZING job. They did everything on the checklist they provided -- inside cabinets, appliances, etc truly a DEEP clean. I was really impressed and would highly recommend and will 100% be using them in the future.

I recently had Unique Cleanings do a deep clean of our house. They were just fantastic! Can't believe how wonderful everything looks. It was so easy to schedule and the teams were very professional and thorough. I can highly recommend them.

My wife and I use Unique for over 3 years. We were pretty happy with the service we received from the lady's who cleaned our home. Unfortunately we started having issues with them keeping up with our schedule time. I called and spoke to management to see if we can work out a better time. I explained to him that even if the lady's come late. I still like for them to leave at there schedule time. That will be fine with us. He told me NO they cant do it. And he can canceled our service if we couldn't agree to there schedule time. I was very surprised with his attitude (Angle ) since we have use there services for so long and recommended them to our family/ friends. I told him to cancel our service since you and your company don't appreciate our long time commitment to your business.

I have been able to call them in a pinch when we were under construction and they found a team that was able to squeeze us into their schedule, for which I am tremendously grateful. It's been a few years since I last used Unique Cleaning Solutions. But after welcoming a baby and pet into my home, I knew it was time to return. The team of Maria G and Ingris M reminded me of why this company is so fantastic! My home feels truly clean for the first time in a very long time. I had tried other services that offer 'bargain' rates but no other cleaning service has ever come close to meeting the quality of UCS. It's the little things and attention to detail that truly make a world of difference - from removing items from countertops to lifting couch cushions - they go beyond surface level and truly clean, sanitize and disinfect. Responsible, Professional, and Think Beyond for the Customer.

I have been using them for over five times. Last time when they clean my bathroom, they accidentally “dropped” one of the small items into the sewer. It was not their fault since the item was old and they disassemble to clean it thoroughly. Later on they sent out a technician to help me remove the clog freely. Really professional. I want to make a special thank to Carlos who has shown what is real customer obsession.

We've been using Unique Cleaning Solutions for a few years now and have been happy with their service. Scheduling is easy and the staff always arrive as expected. It's never a problem to re-schedule if we need to. And our house always looks great (and smells great) when they are finished. Definitely recommend them.

I’ve used Unique a few times over the last year and both times were a great experience. We just decided to switch to a monthly cleaning and Laura and Elba were our first monthly team and did such an amazing job! We have a dog and it’s not the easiest to make a house look spotless with a golden retriever but they somehow do it! Even down to the couch cushions I swear it’s magic :) So thankful for the hard working team as they never take a break or slow down even for our house which takes about 2.5 hours. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a one time or recurring cleaning. Thanks UCS!

Sylvia and Iris were great! They took their time and got every possible nook and cranny that needed attention. They also came right at the scheduled time. I will certainly use them again!

Routinely used this company for about two years and was initially very satisfied with the quality of cleaning. However, the quality of cleaning has seriously decreased in the past 3 months. This last cleaning on 11/21/24 was horrible! Barely anything moved, poorly cleaned shower, and poor vacuum cleaning. I report these issues to the company and received a generic response. After submitting my complaint, I continued to notice additional areas of my home that were half cleaned.

Additionally, there have been at least two occasions where I was overcharged for the amount of time the cleaners were present in my home. When this happens, I’ve sent screenshots of the ring camera showing when the cleaners arrived and departed. While the company will correct the invoice, the fact that the client has to verify the time spent cleaning is poor management by the company.

Ease of scheduling is a plus and online communication is prompt. But cleaning quality has decreased in recent months and I will no longer be a returning customer.

Unique Cleaning is a great company. Over the years, they have been very easy to work with -- very customer service oriented. Their crews are friendly and work hard with a lot of attention to detail. We have gone from occasional use to monthly service, and we are very happy with the consistent, reliable results. We usually get the same crew, but when they must schedule a different pair, they always check with us first. Every crew has done a wonderful job. Their prices are very reasonable, too!

Unique Clearing Solutions is a top-notch cleaning service. The ladies that are assigned to my house makes it a beautiful home every time they arrive. They are professional and always on time. I do not have to follow them around; they know exactly what to do! The price is also in an excellent range. Use this company, you will not be sorry!

I have been a customer with monthly cleaning with Unique for well over 10 years. I just had a move out cleaning as I am leaving the area and the cleaning was well beyond my expectations. I know Unique staff always do a good job but I was blown away. I have lived in this location for 20 years and was aghast at the dust and dirt that has accumulated behind furniture that has not moved in years. Unique made all that disappear. If you ask me what I will miss about leaving the DMV it is hands down Unique and their superior service with a smile!! All my best Angel and staff!

Claudia & Jessica are the BEST!! They take care in cleaning and do all the little touches that make the difference like fold the paper towels, vacuum the furniture and leave a design on them. Because of team alone…I stay with Unique.
