Unique cleaned the first floor of my home and it was spotless. They cleaned baseboards, wiped down all doors, the artwork on the walls, leaves on my artificial trees. They were respectful of my home, purposeful and thorough. I will be using them again!

I reached out to Angel at Unique Cleaning Solutions to schedule cleaning at my home. Angel quoted $110.00 per hour for two hours of cleaning. Two ladies at Unique Cleaning Solutions came to my home on 1/16/2025 to clean the following areas 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room(dusting only) and living room (dusting only) along with moping tile floors and vacuum carpet. No Bedrooms. The ladies were there for two hours. When I looked at the receipt, I was charged $250.80. I contacted Unique Cleaning about the cleaning of tile floors only and that they never cleaned behind the kitchen island. I was told that the crew would come back on Monday. No one from Unique Cleaning showed up. I called back to Unique and spoke with Angel. During my conversation with Angel he said that he would have the ladies come back on Friday. He also stated that he uses a GPS to track when the ladies pull out of my driveway. The ladies took a while before they left the driveway. I normally wait outside until people leave my home. They took awhile so I left from the front door. In talking with Angel he said it was only 5 minutes. So I'm being charged while the ladies load up the vehicle and talk outside my house. Angel also stated that this is a habit with you. I haven't used Unique Cleaning in over 5 years. So, if the cleaning is not done to my satisfaction it's a habit. He also said that I should not use their service again. I am requesting a refund of $30.80. Thank you.

I had been a constant customer of Unique Cleaning for about a year a half. The first many cleanings were excellent - we even asked for the same cleaning crew and then things changed. They started coming outside of the time window with no notice. There was always someone new it seemed to come and clean. It eventually got so bad that they barely cleaned the house. There was no attention to detail. The kitchen counters were barely wiped down - nothing was moved. They were here for 1.5 hours even though we were charged the full 2. I had voiced my concerns about the change in service and the timing. All I got was a stock response email and a note that they will refund the 30 minutes of time when no one was here. However, even though they were here for the other time, they barely cleaned. We needed reliable, timely service so we switched to another local company. I can maybe recommend Unique if you need a cleaning here and there. But, I cannot recommend them for the regular service.

I had Unique Cleaning Solutions clean my apartment before move out, I was not even home and they did a fantastic job. Place is spotless and process was seamless with great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had Unique Cleaning Solutions cleaning my house monthly for almost a year now. The crew is always very professional, quick, and thorough. They respond positively when I ask for special attention to particular areas in my house. When they leave, I’m always amazed at how good my house looks and smells.

I had a temporary issue for a couple of months where the crew came outside of the window because my requested crew had a job before mine a while away. However, the management was quick to resolve it once I raised it and now they are back on time.

I have been using Unique Cleaning for several years now and am very pleased with their service. I have a regular crew now and am pleased with the thorough job they do cleaning my home. In the past, when I have had an issue or noticed something that may have been inadvertently missed, Unique has always offered to send someone back to address the issue or offer a discount for that service. Fortunately that has only been a couple times in a few years. I highly recommend Unique Cleaning Solutions.

I have used Unique Cleaning for years taking a break due to the pandemic and restarting last year. As of my last cleaning, I can no longer be a customer. I have overlooked inconsistency among the crews and their thoroughness but the reason I am no longer using them is due to the lack of customer service. This last visit the crew that was sent completely went through my house and spot cleaned with dry rags and I called customer service while the crew was still there to address the issues. The person that I spoke with said they would call the crew to discuss with them And they Left five minutes later. The crew showed up 40 minutes early, With no warning or a call from customer, and was visibly exhausted, which completely showed in their cleaning of my space. I could write a book on my experience, but that doesn’t mean my experience will be yours. I’ve had some great crews so when I have a crew that doesn’t clean to the level that I know Unique demands, I expect customer service to address it. My last service was on 9/12 and I emailed Unique the same day after discussing with customer service on the phone prior to the crew leaving and nothing was done. I have yet to receive a response today is September 22 yet I’ve gotten two invoice reminders.
