Hands down the best pool company I've done business with in the 3yrs of enjoying my pool... Richard and Nelson came in and explained everything to me (yes I always have lots of questions) and did a fantastic job! Thank you guys! Alex too was extremely helpful in helping me to prep for my visit!!!

After a really bad experience with another pool supply company I tried this one. Happy to say they addressed my issues and gave me thorough explanations on how to properly maintain my pool. Even though I do not live too close by, I will be making pools unlimited my go to pool supply company

I have used Pools Unlimited for years as my source of chemicals, arts, and advice and found them very helpful and professional. I finally had them close my pool this year (I'm getting too old to do it myself) and they did a super job. Very satisfied with their work.

Patrick and Alex provide great service. Wes does a really good job too. Trust these guys. Many pool companies in this county and neighboring ones..these guys are the best. Bought new pump this year works great.

There isnt a zero star or it would have been my selection. $5000.00 Pump ordered May 10th. Confirmed validity of my order May 11th, promised 4-6 day delivery. Received incorrect tracking number 5 days later. Called and left several messages before I got a call back. Never heard from them again without me reaching out. Sales manager finally discovered order was lost. Gets sick and never calls me back. Asks Alen to deal with my order. Several days later still no contact. Only way to reach someone is chat function on website. Insanely bad customer service, response time and empathy. Will never use their services again. Pool supply is a joke. Don't waste your time or risk your reputation on anything they offer or say.

Pools Unlimited did a fantastic tile and plaster job for us this spring. Despite the fact we were contacting them last minute and their schedule was packed, their service was excellent. The pool came out great and I would highly recommend them!

I used this company for the first time as I just purchased a home in the area. They are very professional and took the time to explain everything as I am a new pool owner. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance and they made sure my pool season was perfect. I would definitely recommend using them if you are in the servicing area.

Awesome people, awesome company. Even though this is the busiest time for pool companies, the owner made time to help me figure out what was wrong (when no other company would). Highly recommend. Genuine bunch of people who really want just to help you enjoy your pool as much as possible.

This store is excellent. Always great service. Water-testing printouts are easy to follow and the staff is very precise with exactly what should be done.

I have been around the block with pool service companies. Thankfully, I finally found Pools Unlimited. Every employee know what they are talking about. They actually know chemistry. There testing is accurate and their advise on which products to use are spot on. My pool stays crystal clear all summer. Now a bit on their opening and closing service. They too are excellent and efficient. They show up on time and everything goes smoothly. They advised me to open early (yes early April) and close late. By opening early and having a mesh cover, I need way less shock and I saved a few hundred dollars (44,000 gallon pool). You could not get a better pool company and I know since I tried and failed with at least 6 others.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We went there when I was younger for my parents pool and now I go there for the pool I inherited with my 20+ year old home I bought a few years ago.
They're always very accommodating and share their knowledge willingly. They stock an extensive array of routine parts, accessories and chemicals.
I had to recently buy a replacement pump motor. I didn't even have to identify it because they remembered the model from the gasket I had bought previously without looking anything up; personalized service.
They helped my troubleshoot it and when I brought it in, they had the exact replacement in stock, disassembled the impeller, noted it was cracked, had the impeller in stock too. They reassembled everything, set the voltage so it was ready for me to easily reinstall.
Parts only, no charge.
I usually buy everything online but when it comes to the value added and personal attention, I wouldn't think of wasting my time to save a couple bucks.
If you don't patronize, they won't be there when you need them.

He was supportive and patient as we made our selections.. Great experience so far. Will update the review after the work on our renovation is done.

If you’re looking to get a pool, this is your sign to run- not walk- to Pools Unlimited. I can’t even begin to express how elated we are with our experience. Did I mention it’s a family business?? Wes and his dad, Kenny, are an absolute power house team. Let’s start with the fact that they showed up every single day, rain or shine, with smiles and diligently worked the day away. They made the entire process absolutely seamless from start to finish. The process was quick (less than a month with over a week’s worth of rain delays), easy and beyond efficient. When Kenny told us that they would be doing the work, I thought ok, they’re supervising this and will pop in every now and again… That was absolutely not the case. They did every single bit of designing, digging, hauling dirt and building that this project required. The only work that didn’t directly come from their hands, was the concrete being poured and the electric and propane run from the house- and they people the recommended for these were top notch as well. And even then, they showed up and made sure everything was done correctly and up to our expectations. No stone was left unturned. They answered any and every question we had, and happily explained when we didn’t understand something. They also happily stopped every single morning to greet my nosey children and exchanged banter as they crept to the back yard to see what was happening. They kept an open line of communication with us throughout the entire process.
And to really to bring it full circle, Wes’s sister (Lauren) is an absolute gem of a human. She made us the most adorable, and thoughtful, gift basket that I have ever received. You could tell that she really took the time to make sure every person in our family was thought of when she was filling it. And she nailed every single thing that she put in it too.
(I would also like to add that I didn’t want a pool to begin with, my husband did. But after this experience… I want to build 10 more just to work with them again.)

I recently had a new hardwood floating floor put down in the main living area of our home. We were so pleased with the job that A Plus Carpet & Flooring did! The crew was a pleasure to have in the house - so polite and caring! We love the job they did of removing the old floor and laying the new one. Clean up was very nicely done, too. We have already asked them to come back and do another room. I highly recommend their work.

I reached out to A Plus Carpet And Flooring as we were preparing to move out of our old house. I was back and forth if I should professionally clean the carpet or replace it entirely. I am so happy I called them! They rearranged their schedule to fit me in and accommodate my last minute request. The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. He did outstanding job cleaning the carpet and when he was done it looked as good as a new. They saved me thousands of dollars and got the work done in matter of hours!!! I couldn’t be any happier of the outcome. It was such a pleasure working with them we hired them to replace the carpet in our new home. Once again, every single person we’ve worked so far in the process of selecting and scheduling the carpet replacement has been amazing. Lucas Winter drove to our property to drop carpet samples when we couldn’t make it to the show room. He let us keep them for days to take our time to select the carpet without feeling pressured or rushed. He worked timelessly to find us a comparable carpet when the one we loved was discontinued by the manufacture. The list goes on and on … We can’t say enough good things for both their cleaning and their replacement departments!! Professionalism at its finest!

A plus is a very professional company. From the showroom to the installers and finishing personnel - they are top notch! Eric the owner will step in whenever there ar any questions that his crew cannot answer. Eric is hands on and has great group of workers!

Our upstairs' carpeting, in every room, wrinkled badly. It was a mess! We had the carpeting installed in 2009, but because we are generally "neat freaks," it was in superb condition. I didn't want to use the original installers for re-stretching it since I believed that the carpeting was not installed properly in 2009, and I didn't want to have the same poor workmanship reoccur.
A Plus Carpet and Flooring was recommended to me by an S and K Roofing and Siding employee. He told me that they were the best, and that's the kind of business I wanted and needed to do the job.
My experience with A Plus Carpeting and Flooring, from start to finish was, as advertised, A plus. When I called them, an appointment was set up for a sales' consultant to visit our home for measuring the affected areas. The consultant was on time, professional in appearance, efficient, and knowledgeable. She was an A plus representative!
A price quote was emailed to me very quickly, and once I signed the contract, a date was set for the repairs to be made. I paid a deposit on my credit card, with final payment to occur after a satisfactory installation.
On the day of installation, two carpet installers arrived, again right on time. Both introduced themselves and were very polite and professional. I showed them the problem areas and left them alone to do their work. (I had paid extra, $100, to have the content of the rooms moved by the installers.) They worked very diligently from 9:00 a.m. to about 4:30 p.m., taking just a short break for lunch.
The results were amazing! My carpeting is now wrinkle free and can no longer trip an unsuspecting visitor! It's a beautiful sight.

Max and Luis, the two carpet installers, and to Karol C., my contact for scheduling and payment. All were very professional and efficient, and most important to me, were good at their jobs.
