In my case, I had the pleasure of meeting Adam. I knew him on sight because as part of their text message updates they sent his Exterior Butler profile link, which included his picture, as the employee who would be coming to my home. His knowledge, experience, expertise and professionalism was evident very quickly.

After a walk around of the exterior of the house, he pointed out a couple of areas of small or potential concern, which I was unaware of. He took the time to explain everything and emphasized he wanted to exceed my expectations, which he did.

Also, extremely flexible. As an example, due to a reschedule I had a junk removal company at my house, so he started in the back and waited for them to leave so he could finish the front of the house.

We hired Adam to professionally clean our gutters, soffits and exterior windows of our home. He did an excellent job ! Our garden windows were a bit stubborn to clean, but Adam put in the extra effort to restore them. Everything looks great and the widows sparkle as if they were new ! Highly recommend !

Very disappointed. He came highly recommended by a quality RE agent. He didn't remove/clean all of the window screens that he charged for. Note in the pictures the leaves between the screen and the window on one and old musty, wet leaves in the corner on all three windows. He did a poor job cleaning a number of other windows leaving residue, dirt, and scum on the windows which my wife and I had to clean ourselves using "Windex". Very amateurish at best. I would have required a better job by my teenage kids. He then tried to double bill me by sending a text (which I paid within minutes) and by email the next day claiming he hadn't checked to see that I paid already. To his credit, he offered to come back. My wife and I just didn't trust that we would get a quality job, so I declined him returning to my house and we cleaned the windows ourselves.

Winnie and her team did an outstanding job cleaning our furnished mid-term unit. The place was spotless and the cleanest we had ever seen after a professional clean! Also, they were so thorough and detailed that they recovered an item that had been lost 3 months prior that was missed by the previous cleaning crew and that even went unnoticed by the tenant who occupied the space next.
