They originally stopped into my business and offered cleaning service in which they quoted a great price. After a few weeks of decent cleaning with a 3 person crew in which they kept changing the agreed upon time they switched to 1 person. The 1 person crew did a sub par job not wiping anything down and only really cleaning the floor. 2 days before the next cleaning I received a text stating that they will no longer be able to clean my space bc it takes too long. Very disappointed how everything was handled was hoping to come to an agreement but they ghosted my texts.

I own a busy integrative health center and have had several cleaning companies over the years. I am happy to say that ServiceMaster has lived up to their name. Not only did the person who did the initial walkthrough understand my center’s unique needs, the cleaning staff has keeper the office spotless. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have been getting an unsolicited emails from this company—definitely not a great first impression. If they're spamming people to get business, I have serious doubts about the professionalism and quality of their cleaning services. If they can't respect inboxes, how can I trust them to respect an office space?

I must say I was impressed with Sam's professionalism. He came on a short notice and was knowledgeable for the issue I had in my office. He gave me different quotes and explained the difference. I am planning to maintaining my office disinfection, and janitorial needs. I hired his company for 1-time a month cleaning and disinfecting. Keeping it safe and pro-active:)

Adam responded promptly (within an hour or so late at night). The bid was fair and presented clearly. The scheduling was easy and subsequent communications about my upcoming appointment were helpful. Adam arrived in the scheduled window and did an excellent job powerwashing my driveway - it sparkles! Nice clean up to. I will use Exterior Butler again and highly recommend them.

Exterior Butler cleaned my aluminum siding, front porch railing and extensive wood decking. House is under large mature trees and was not looking good. Everything that Adam washed came out looking beautiful, and Adam was very good to work with. I would highly recommend him for exterior cleaning

My house is supposed to be gray. Except it's not because nature turned it green in a few places. I called Exterior Butler and talked to Rusty and scheduled the service during the first phone call. Adam came out and cleaned the house top to bottom. It looks great and I can even see out the windows again!! Will definitely use Exterior Butler again.

Exterior Butler did an outstanding job on washing our windows, inside and out, and power washing our house. Jason did a fabulous job and we barely knew he was here. Once again I contacted Exterior Butler to clean my retractable awning and once again they exceeded my expectations in every way. The ease of scheduling, their promptness and professionalism was wonderful. My awning is sparking clean. My house, which was cleaned over 2 years ago is only starting to show signs of needing a fresh rewash. I will be calling on Exterior Butler again this coming spring. I highly recommend this company!

This is my 3rd season working with Adam and Exterior Butler to do my early Spring clean. As always, a top-notch job by Adam and the team! From scheduling to completion of the work. Not only did they do their typical excellent job power washing the house, deck and windows, but Adam took extra care to remove stubborn weeds that grew up betwen my patio pavers so I could seal it. The patio looks like new! They were responsive, thorough, and professional. They were careful and conscientious with my outdoor furniture and planters, and the clean-up after the job was outstanding. It is more and more difficult to find a responsible people that I can entrust house maintenance, whether it is handyman or plumber even though the cost is rising since the pandemic. However, Adam did a good job with a serious attitude toward work and honest working hours. His power wash was perfect for my house's cleaning and removing rust. I would recommend to anyone.

We’ve used Exterior Butler multiple times and on our previous home and our new home. We have never been disappointed. We love the outcome of our home. We have a lot of plants and shrubs and no harm was done. Honestly our house looks brand new! In addition, the customer service is fantastic. Exterior Butler has an easy way to quote your job online and they were very responsive in setting up an appointment. Adam did a great job on the windows, screens and sills and he was very professional and considerate of our home. The price that I got for Exterior Butler was the same as another reputable company but Exterior Butler was far more responsive. Thanks Adam!

They did an AWESOME job! I had them pressure wash our home and the outside of the gutters. The exterior of the home looks so good! Adam did an excellent job and gave outstanding customer service. I am very happy with the superior quality of his work. I will definitely hire them again to pressure wash the deck. Got a call the next morning from Rusty, who was very pleasant and answered my questions. After asking for my preferred contact method, he texted me a confirmation of my appointment. I liked that he included the technician's full name and a one hour window when I could expect him to arrive. Adam arrived within the window of time promised, and did a walk around the house with me to understand which areas were of concern. He was courteous and careful of the property.
