I called the Columbia office to inquire about starting a franchise. The staff was very knowledgeable on things that I did not know. I have been in buildings that their franchise owners clean and they look wonderful. I can not wait to start my process to work with this office.

If you are looking for a great place to go to start a cleaning business you want to make sure it it this place. Coverall has great staff they are friendly and informative, the support that you receive is outstanding.

I love this franchise especially Nina. She is always there to assist with questions. The best decision I've made for generational wealth. Nina is awesome.

Do not be fooled by this companies pitch. Since hiring this company in 9/2022, there has been nothing but issues. As a medical facility, cleaniness is of the utmost importance. However, the services that Coverall has provided are far from cleanly.

Being a new franchise owner it’s as easy and can be really frustrating at time but having “AARON” as our franchise advisor is the best thing we have so far! He goes above and beyond to make sure we’re okay and any issue is resolved. He makes everything so much easier. The Columbia office is amazing! I've never had any issue with getting help or answers. When I called, the young lady Brittany was very professional and polite, she knew exactly what direction to point me in. Would recommend to everyone!

Tori, Administrative Coordinator, is very easy to work with and is a great communicator. Coverall has provided us with a great cleaning team and a trustworthy staff. Monica and Danna are amazing to work with and take pride in their work.

I am writing this review as the OM of a dental office in the NVA area. We have received very poor customer service and even worse cleaning services from Coverall. I have reached out via email several times and it seems that Coverall does not care to address our issues. Not one person has contacted me to make things right with the poor cleaning services we have been receiving. I would not recommend Coverall to anyone. Very unprofessional!

My experience with Coverall has been great. The cleaning service (Gomez Cleaning Service) does an excellent job and is very friendly. They are quick to respond and fix any issues that come up. I would highly recommend them.!
