We have been franchise owners with Jani-King for 4 years. If you’re looking into a commercial cleaning business, they are the best! You’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself. They provide technical expertise, cutting edge training, and their knowledge of the business is unsurpassed. We have had meetings with Kevin Taylor, the regional director, about our growth and how to persue more business. Each time he has given us great direction and we know with their assistance we will continue to be successful.

Commercial cleaners are hard to find for long term, ongoing results. Jani King is consistent in following up and making sure customers remain satisfied with services being rendered. With cleaners there will always be turnover, but it's bad for business to have to become acclimated to a new cleaning service over and over again. Jani King solicits feedback on a regular basis, prioritizing the client-customer relationship (while also doing a great job keeping things clean), which ultimately reduces turnover because issues are readily addressed. Great cleaning service. The young lady Paige, who comes to do inspections is always very professional and pleasant. She’s so attentive and responsive. She really does an impeccable job, and portrays a positive attitude. Additionally, any minor issues that may evolve, the franchise takes care of and responds to immediately.

I have absolutely loved working with Jani-King over the past 2 years. They have consistent standards and work tirelessly to meet and exceed customer goals.
