Diane always does an excellent job with cleaning my home. She is respectable and kind. I highly recommend her and Merry Maids cleaning services. I love the way my home smells when she leaves too!

I can tell that they vacuumed, but that's pretty much it. I scheduled a cleaning for an empty apartment. I can't tell if they used any cleaning products at all.They were there for an hour. This is pretty disappointing. I'll have to go through and clean everything myself. I'm sorry to leave such a bad review. This is my first time using Merry Maids. I would not use them again.

Merry Maids did a wonderful job of deep cleaning my home. Mayra and Sulaka treated my home like theirs. I highly recommend them if I get cleaning in the future.

Merry Maids of Columbia is a great cleaning service! The work that they do for us is always excellent. Equally important, the ladies who do the cleaning and who answer the phones are very nice and very reliable. They have all gone out of the way to help with a little extra cleaning or to adjust their schedules to ours. I can't praise them enough.

If ever in life I’ve wasted money, it was on this company. I requested a deep clean of a recently purchased house so that I could feel comfortable moving my furniture into it. I was told this service came with the works, I even paid additional for them to clean the window sills and wanted them to pay special attention to the baseboards because they were disgusting. Cleaning day comes and the staff of 2 was there all of about 2 hours. I get home and they’ve not cleaned any window shades, the ceiling fans still had caked up dirt, the bathroom cabinets and mirrors were still filthy, windows weren’t cleaned, they didn’t even sweep/mop the floor, shower door was untouched, not one baseboard cleaned. I send a message with pictures showing the service was unacceptable. I get a call back saying they will send another crew and have a supervisor come check the work…then ask what areas they need to focus on! Not a question I want to be asked after paying nearly $500! Come here, start from scratch and clean everything, not a specific area. Cleaning day #2. Again, crew was there less than 2 hours and no supervisor showed up. I wasn’t home but I watched my security footage. I get home and they only touched up some of the areas that I sent pictures. I call and voice my frustration and dissatisfaction of the service yet again. I had my furniture/household goods being delivered so another team coming out was just not going to work. I was told to call them back after I’ve unpacked and the house is situated and they’ll send another crew, but within 2 weeks. You have my money, won’t refund it and you want me to call you back within 2 weeks! I have a whole house, it is impossible to unpack within 2 weeks! Totally upset and I make sure to tell everyone that is looking for cleaning services to totally avoid Merry Maids, as they are worthless and a rip off!

I have been using Merry Maids for the last three months. Nina comes every two weeks and does a wonderful job cleaning my home. I work long hours and my job is pretty stressful. I can’t tell you how helpful and how much stress is lifted having Merry Maids by my side! Thank you Merry Maids and more specifically thank you Nina for all that you do! I truly appreciate you.

First time ever getting a cleaning service for my Home. We are moving and wanted a deep cleaning, the job by Isabel was outstanding service. The entire Company went above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible for us. A++++ all the way, highly recommend Merry Maids to all.

I got my entire apartment deep cleaned for an incredible price! I wasn't there to see them work, but I can tell they put in a lot of thought and care into it. The apartment hadn't been cleaned in a while, but you can't even tell from how thorough they were! I'll definitely hire them again if I ever need it!

Nina and Seida did a great job with the cleaning of my house. They were very thorough, respectful, and professional. They took their time, solicited my feedback and paid attention to details. My house is spotless after team 8 visited. They are always very cheerful. Love when they visit. One of the ladies even carried my cup of coffee to the other room for me. I use a walker and it’s difficult to carry something and walk. She was so sweet to do this!".

I spoke with Merry Maids yesterday and today my apartment is sparkling clean and ready for the next tenant! Super professional staff, thorough move-out cleaning service, and very happy customer! Highly recommend!

This was a horrible experience. The cleaning was not thorough at all. The blinds were not dusted, there was visible dust left around my vacuum, and even a cup was left sitting in the sink. They also did not take out the trash. I specifically requested that the interior of my oven be cleaned, and that was never done.

I made it very clear ahead of time that I live in a loft with high ceilings. I was told this would not be an issue and that the team could accommodate high ceilings. Once they arrived, they could not reach the ceilings at all. There were still spider webs on the ceilings, stairwell, and above the windows.

The cleaners seemed rushed and were in and out quickly. I even had to ask them to do basic things like cleaning the interior window sills, which they weren’t planning to do.

I was quoted $295 for a deep cleaning of a small apartment, but what I received felt like a standard, surface-level cleaning at best. I’m honestly not sure what kind of “deep cleaning” this was, but it was extremely disappointing.

Update: The company sent a QC representative back to my home, and she did an amazing job correcting the issues. She was patient, thorough, and took her time — the level of service I initially expected. While I truly appreciate her efforts, this level of quality does not seem consistent or guaranteed with the company overall, so I will not be hiring again.
