Wonderful group of ladies! Cleaned my city apartment from the rootie to the tootie. They arrived promptly and got me to let go of many items I’d been holding on to for much too long! They were in and out in a jiffy! We optimized our cleaning and organizing in the 2.5 hours we had together.

We have used other cleaning services in the past that were fine. But, we wanted a change. When we decided to hire Angel Companion, we were thrilled with their green products. They are pleasant and respectful, and will answer any questions you may have, and they very thorough. Everything they use gives our office a fresh, clean scent.

Angel companion assisted me with helping my mom deep clean, declutter, and reorganize four places in her apartment. the last few years my mom has begun to have some health issues that makes it hard for her to maintain her home the way she would like to. Angel companion was able to come in and help her achieve that goal. I am very grateful for their service and recommend their services. Five stars across the board for me thanks. Angel companion you are definitely a blessing!

If there was an option for a negative star I would have selected that instead. I was extremely disappointed in the Columbia locations customer service and managerial staff. Please make sure that your service cleaning date is firm. This company requires half upfront and the remaining balance due once services are rendered. However, if you need to reschedule due to a change in your settlement date you will not receive your deposit back nor will feasible accommodations be offered. Please shop around and make this company your last resort. Their fee for cleaning is to expensive not to receive a portion of compensation. I would not recommend the use of this company nor this location.

The Merry Maids were contracted to clean my brother's house on April 4th while he is recuperating and getting physical therapy at Genesis Caton Manor. My oldest brother was responsible for letting the Merry Maids in the house. He reported to the family that the Merry Maids did an exceptional job. They worked hard, professional and the house looks and smells great. The house looks brand new. 😆👍

It smelled great when I returned home and I could see the small attention to detail. For example, the sink was cleaner than I've ever seen it as well as the vents, which I've probably never seen free of dust. The ceiling vent in the master bathroom was also cleaned. It was a good first experience with Merry Maids.

I felt they were dishonest. They charged me for extra time that they did not work. Very disappointed and I would not recommend them at all.

Edit: Response to owners comment: I had called your office to resolve this. However, your rude representative refused to resolve it. Again, very disappointing experience.

We've been using Merry Maids for a few months and nearly everything from their service to their word has been poor, at best. First they said their initial deep clean would get every square inch of the home and said that the cleaners would be on their hands and knees spending as much time as needed. Neither of those have happened. In fact all subsequent cleans have been nothing more than a dusting. It took other cleaners with a team of two two to three hours in our home for the same price, yet Merry Maids never spends more than 42 minutes in our home based on our cameras. They also don't do nearly as good of a job because they are there such a short time.

My guess is if they spent the same time as other cleaning companies they'd do a wonderful job. Of course, that initial clean was lacking, so your mileage may vary. We've taken pictures of many surfaces that clearly show dirt in the "extra attention" areas that could have been clean if they spent enough time to see how they're doing.

The cleaners are courteous; however, scheduling is difficult. They give such large windows unlike some other cleaners. We currently use Merry Maids but hope they can correct some of their flaws after speaking with them, but as of right now we plan on canceling them and eating the cost of the upfront cleaning. I would advise against using Merry Maids as they don't do their one task well: clean, and most importantly the upfront salesmanship is less than honest.

The most important thing is that they lack any monitoring of their service. They don't make sure they're doing a good job and when we've called to let them know our displeasure they simply take a message and don't get back to us, so we've stopped complaining.

Edit: Inspector showed up last week and agreed with us about the cleaning. She re-cleaned herself and did a fantastic job. I've added an additional star as I'm hopeful that they can turn around our opinion.

We had Merrry Maids clean the rental house so my daughter, husband and I could concentrate on setting up the new home they bought. We were thrilled with the cleaning that they did. The company is professional, quick, knowledgeable and actually priced quite well. If you are looking for a cleaning service we highly recommend them.

I'd been caught in a mental health spiral for a couple of months, and the state of my home just further fed into my poor state of mind. I felt completely overwhelmed by the mess and had no idea where to start. I finally caved and hired Merry Maids to help get everything to a place I felt like I could maintain in between visits. My team today was amazing. They were so understanding and I didn't feel judged at all for the disaster that was my apartment. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to afford this service so I can maintain a healthy environment, and therefore a healthy mind. Thank you so much!
