I have been a proud and happy customer to Ground Loop for over 20 years now. When I first bought my current home, they removed the old oil furnace and central air and retrofitted the home with a new highly-efficient geothermal furnace. At every step, ground Loop has been one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They hire and retain very good people. Clerical staff are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Field personnel, from sales, to geothermal techs and electricians, even the well drilling crews, are all the definition of excellence. Everyone seems to be the top in their field. While my system is highly efficient and reliable, the few times I have had a problem, they had a tech at my door the next morning (they do have emergency on call staff available, but I have never had need of service that urgent). Diagnosis and repair has always been efficient and accurate. They always take the time to thoroughly and honestly answer any of my questions. Recently, I had my furnace replaced to benefit from tax and REC (Renewable Energy Credits) incentives, based on some timely suggestions from their knowledgeable staff. I now have a new furnace unit that is not only much more efficient the the previous model, but generating passive income in RECs. Ground Loop is, in my experience, the best of the best in all categories. Sales, customer service, workmanship, responsiveness and above all, honesty. I hope they continue to be successful as a leader in their field and I will be a dedicated customer to them, so long as they do.
We have used Ground Loop for maintenance on our Water Furnace System for many years. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. We expect to be using them for many more years.
The man who came to service my system was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and did a complete check of my system. He even showed me where to turn off valve for my water it and he pointed out parts of my system I was aware of. He was very helpful!
Ground Loop (GL) installed my two geothermal systems in 4/2015. Of the 3 companies I got a quote from, GL's was the best, and when said and done, appeared to be the right decision. The systems have been great and GL's service and customer service have been great. Only thing the cost of their yearly maintenance contacts have almost doubled. They do perform two yearly comprehensive check ups. Just wished they could do something to lower the yearly cost.
