He arrived on time, worked like a pro, and left everything impeccably neat and tidy. Beyond his amazing skill, Sol makes you feel completely comfortable and valued as a customer. Honest Abe installed a Trane system in our 82-year-old home. They replaced a system that was about 30 years old. When they were installing it, the crew noticed that the chimney was almost halfway filled with debris and recommended a new chimney liner. They installed it with two teams in less than 3 hours on Christmas Eve! Brandon and his crew were amazing. They dealt with our insane dog, a plumber (Nick) who also came to look at some potential work (also from Honest Abe), and got us up to code. I couldn't be happier, and I signed up for their maintenance plan. Honest Abe will be doing all of our Heating/Air Conditioning/Plumbing work from hereon out!

Maykol and Alonso were great! They swept our chimney and took great care to keep the area clean. They were very friendly and explained everything well. Brandon was great too - he was able to determine the model of our wood stove when even the authorized dealer could not. Great service!

Brandon at Honest Abe, was superlative! Professional, polite, competent, efficient, and explained everything clearly. We called him for what I thought would be a complex repair of our dryer vent duct, but it was straight-forward for him. Also honest - didn't push annual cleaning like some places, but just offered future internal duct inspections via camera to determine when or if re-cleaning may need in the future. Brandon is also an expert in fireplace conversions to electric or gas, etc., and the company also employes plumbers, HVAC techs, etc. We'll use Honest Abe for all of these services in the future.

Honest Abe moved two registers that the builder had placed directly over beds and moved our thermostat so the heat would be more efficient. Eric did that work and as always did excellent, detailed work with careful cleanup. Then Alonso and Maykol came behind and did a beautiful job of drywalling the holes that had been left so you would never know they were there. I find all the Honest Abe workers take whatever time is necessary to get the job done right. They are also always courteous and happy to explain everything.

Brandon and his team assessed my chimney. They were great! Courteous, punctual, clean (it was a rainy day with no tracking in the house), thorough and thoughtful. Brandon explained everything that he discovered with the inspection and left me with options to consider. No pressure or gimmicks for an on-site immediate decision. He provided so much information that I would have questioned his honesty and integrity if he had. I hope everyone at the Honest Abe business is like him, because if so, I look forward to having them to service all of my major household needs.

Discovered yesterday morning that my heat wasn't working. After Googling heating repair services, I was drawn to this company. Tim was my service technician. He was likeable, friendly, funny, and down to earth. He was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what the problem was after running diagnostics, and he skillfully fixed my heating system in a timely manner. This company is very reasonably priced. Highly would recommend!

Superb Job- Wow a great selection after a couple of alternate considerations. So thankful to have found Honest Abe Home Services and received plumbing service from Tayla and Andrew. The online scheduling option is seamless and convenient. The follow- up contact was as quick as can be. The estimate and service experience from the kind, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating technicians was beyond expectations and oh so appreciated at a time of faucet leak. Words cannot express how thankful I am for the Angel walking the earth who is Gene. He came out quickly to find and fix a problem more significant than I realized. Being a woman home alone whose Army husband was away I felt so vulnerable. Gene was patient, kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing, walked me through each decision that needed to be made and was able to keep me calm in an unexpected and horrible situation. JF Plumbing & Heating is the best plumbing contractor that we have ever had. Our 17-year-old water heater did not function well recently. Called JF Pluming and talked to Jamie about our needs, Jamie is extremely responsible, reliable, and patient with us. After several e-mails back and forth with Jamie, we got a quote which price was fair. The new water heater was installed within two days after our initial call by a technician named Jene who is very professional and knowledgeable, the work was done above our expectations. This is the first time we use JF Plumbing and we are very happy with their services as they care about the our needs, and ensure the customers have the hot water in these winter days.

2nd time having them out for something at a new house. Did a great job installing a water heater and kitchen sink filter in June. This time replaced a water pressure valve that was making the pipes shake. Came out quick after responding to my email quick and fixed in about an hour. Highly recommend.

The plumber (gene) arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He assessed the problem based upon what he could see and what I told him. He then asked his bosses for advice on how to proceed and for the estimate.

When given the go ahead to make the repair, he worked quite quickly to disassemble the plumbing and showed me that he did not have the correct part. I then pointed out that he was trying to replace the wrong part. His initial diagnosis was incorrect because I had taken steps to stop the leak which kept him from actually seeing the problem. Once correctly identified, he fixed the problem very quickly and reassembled the plumbing with no further issues.

Overall, a great job!

I found JF Plumbing and Heating to be a competent and honest company. The old owner of the family business retired and sold the business. The new team has kept up high standards and fair pricing. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They have always been accommodating to my repair needs at my mom’s house. Melanie is always very nice and gets you scheduled fast!

Had an emergency issue and they were able to come same day and at even at night. Joey was extremely helpful and polite as well as efficient in getting the problem resolved and explaining what had happened. Coming at that hour after what I'm sure was a long day was very much appreciated. Fixed quickly and even cleaned up afterwards which was a blessing!

Highly recommend! Technician (Gene) thoroughly examined, diagnosed and patiently explained our tankless water heater issue. He then repaired for 1/3 of the price the big company we originally called wanted.

Gene came to check on a leak from my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions wanting to make sure I fully understood what was going on, but more importantly, he was kind. I would definitely recommend this company & use them again. Ask for Gene!

Last week, Jean Dillon from JF Plumbing, after reviewing our current washer water shut off system, highly recommended we install a new Floor Stop system to replace the old one. We eagerly agreed with his suggestion since our old system had failed 4 times over the last 8 years. Yesterday, he expertly and neatly replaced and updated all the assoicated pipes, created a new water shut off valve, and installed the new auto water shut off system all with a great deal of confidence and good humor. He is a delight to work with and we highly recommend him.

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. Had a carbon monoxide issue causing alarms to go off and JF techs were able to locate a leak coming from the water heater. Will the tech was very knowledgeable and thorough installed a new water heater and made sure vents were all sealed Quantity work !! Thank you Will.
