We had such a wonderful experience start to finish. We had an issue with our kitchen sink and within hours they were able to be on site and diagnosed the issue immediately. They were so pleasant to work with and Matt was professional and thorough the entire process, explaining what he was doing step by step. We would use them again!

Expert technician & quick work but $395 for a 15 minute drain cleaning is crazy. I'm a senior, living in a retirement community on limited income, and was totally misled by the advertised "$79 drain cleaning special". Apparently that's the charge for just coming out and looking at the backed up drain. The real cost is a $395 flat rate. On the good side, the service tech was great. On the bad side almost $400 for less than 15 minutes work and it's pretty obvious they don't care who they gouge. I'll never call them again no matter how "great" the advertised special.

Today, Gene saved the day! I was up half the night trying to clear a drain, and had no luck. Not only did Gene fix the problem in 5 minutes, he gave me lots of valuable advice in troubleshooting the kind of problem I was having. This is the PERFECT plumber for all my needs. I've been using this plumber for 25 years and always have enjoyed excellent results.

Hello!! We had a cracked sewer stack and JF Plumbing sent out technician, Patrick who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem within a 24 hr period!!!! He was excellent in providing customer service and calmed our fears. Phew! And to top it off, he was funny. Great experience and great service.

JF Plumbing and Heating responded quickly to all our questions before we committed on a replacement toilet in a historic residence. Their technician - Joe - is a knowledgeable, capable, conversational asset.

Despite unforeseen conditions requiring repair of the plumbing connection that was to remain, and two toilets that were in some way compromised, JF Plumbing and Heating responded on the fly, taking the working parts of each kit, diagnosing some slapdash repairs by the previous owner - that may have led to the broken toilet we had to replace - on the way. As of the day after replacement, everything sems in ideal working condition.

Apart from that, it's been rare in my experience that tradespersons call to keep me apprised of their status on the day scheduled for the work. Thanks to Melanie, too for the heads-up.

Your technician Gene made a repair to our rear outdoor pipe and faucet this morning. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The replacement pipe and hardware look great and work great. Gene made a special effort to make the repair fit in a small space. Thanks for a job very well done at an affordable price!

We had a problem with a noise in our pipes, had another company come in and they quoted us $1,000 to fix it. We brought JF Plumbing in for a second estimate, and Gene was in our house for about ten minutes when he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Less than $100. Then he gave us some advice about a quick and easy fix for another problem we've been having. Great guy, great service. Will be our first call next time.

I had an emergency sewage back up in my office and the owner assured me, on a Tuesday night, that they would send someone early the next day. Next day they sent Gene, who brought in a huge snake, and with an incredible positive confident, demeanor, told me not to worry, he would fix the issue. True to his word, my plumbing problem was fixed quickly.
Without reservation, I would use JF Plumbing again for both residential and commercial issues. If you are lucky you might get Gene.

Great experience with JF Plumbing. Called at 7:45am with a clogged kitchen sink, and by 8:30 had a great technician, Gene, at the front door ready to help. He was professional, transparent, and thorough, taking care of the clog in no time. He also provided helpful tips to prevent future issues and maintain the pipes. Price was in the range I expected and certainly worth it for the time, inconvenience, and effort it saved me and my family. JF will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

My hot water heater quit working all of a sudden. JF Plumbing & Heating sent someone over the next morning. He was professional, polite, and did a great job. We have hot water again!
