These guys were just outstanding! They arrived on time and explained what needed to be done to repair my leaking
water pipe. They answered all of my questions in a polite manner and they were very professional. They were well prepared and had all the appropriate tools and materials needed to complete the repair in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services.

Marc was incredible. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgable. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for us. His work completely fixed our water pressure issue and he uncovered other issues we weren’t even aware of. He was transparent and made sure we understood everything being done. Kam Mung provided excellent skills and services to repair a 75-yr old drain pipe on a very hard-to-reach area between floors. A very experienced plumber; just what we needed for the job.

The technician, Kam, is patient and experienced. He answered our questions and spent time to resolve the problem.

Technician did great job. Knew his stuff was fast clean and explained the problem. Did what previous plumber could not do. Little expensive but good work.

AI was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came in and in about 10 seconds knew what needed to be done. After we agreed to have the work completed he was efficient and didn't mind me watching his process. Very friendly as well and just a pleasure to speak with.

Not to mention I was told 2 hour wait and he responded about 10 minutes after scheduling and said "I'm on the way" 25 min later he was alright in the basement fixing it.

Emergency situation: after calling a few companies , they were the ONLY company listed as 24hrs that actually had someone available on a Friday night (8pm) to come to the rescue within the hour… they were attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and prompt. Bamboozled. The Roto Rooter Reps assured me everything they were doing would be covered by my insurance. They then used a custom pricing list that no insurance company would honor. Additionally, they made no attempts to discuss with the insurance claims agent to justify why they used certain HEPPA filters. they sent one email and that was it. I am now paying for nearly half of the bill out of pocket because I trusted them.
