Chris Sasser and his colleague were great. They arrived in the morning, were polite, and very knowledgeable. Within two hours, they had identified the water leak in my basement, and I had a new water heater installed.

I will use Apple Plumbing again for any plumbing services I need.

We discovered a leak in the main water line in the basement shortly before 5 PM. We had just received a flier in the mail from Apple and decided to give them a call. Sheila, who answered the phone, was great and assured me she would have a technician to our house as soon as possible. Joe Hall arrived and he was wonderful. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and made the repairs quickly quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the employees and plan to have Apple back to our home to take care of some other issues. Highly recommend!!

Matt was the tech for my Fall service call. He was polite and professional. He explained everything when he was finished and answered any questions I had. I have been with Apple since my previous provider went out of business. They are polite and professional on the phone and in person. Everyone I have had contact with is pleasant, polite and professional. I find their price for my yearly service contact for my heat pump care/service reasonable. They are my go-to for all things plumbing and/or heating & air. I did refer them to my neighbor when they were looking to install ductless units. I would recommend them to anyone needing their type of service.

We had an emergency situation with a frozen pipe leaking water in our basement. They were able to fit us in the same day and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The service techs (Corey and Kristopher) were friendly and great with our nosy animals! We are very pleased with the experience and relieved the issue was addressed so quickly!

Tyler, Zion and Rick did a great job of installing and educating us about our new HVAC system. They were personable, neat and efficient . There were no surprises as far as price which included all rebates.. Thank you for a job well done!

After a week of our heat pump acting up, we called Apple on a Saturday for an emergency appointment. It was a great experience - they answered right away and told us a technician would be in touch within half an hour, which they were. Garrett told us he had another customer first and could get to us after them. He gave us a rough time frame and called us within that frame to let us know he was on his way. When he got here, he thoroughly checked over every part of our system and kept us informed about what he found. We felt very comfortable with Apple and would not hesitate to call them again!

This company was great from start to finish. Scheduling with a real person was easy. The plumber an his apprentice showed up on time and worked until our clogged drain problem was solved. They offered suggestions to keep drains clear, they were personable and respectful of our home. Five stars all around.

Toilet installation went smoothly. Two faucet controls still have issues because we couldn’t locate parts (31 years old). Third sink finally has a drain that opens and closes. I really appreciated the help with the water filter because it would not open to allow a filter change. What patient people you have working for Apple! Many thanks!

Outstanding office support and scheduling! As to the job itself, Colin was wonderful to work with — on time, friendly, and great at explaining things is plain language. They gave a clear upfront quote, then installed a water heater expansion tank, repaired a leak and took care of other smaller things around the house with absolutely superb workmanship! Very pleased: clean, professional, and stress-free experience — highly recommend.

Anthony did an amazing job fixing our furnace on short notice! He was extremely professional and very personable, and my wife and I felt like we were really well taken care of! Service was great, and Anthony did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and answering any questions we had. He even called before coming out and gave us a few suggestions to try before he reached us. We really appreciated his attention to detail and will be using Apple plumbing again!

Apple plumbing and heating was excellent to work with! Micah and his colleague arrived within an hour to fix a frozen pipe that had burst. They replaced a faulty shut off valve and the Quest/polybutylene pipe that had split. They were very thorough and professional, worked quickly, explained everything, and talked through options. They also took pictures and wrote a detailed report that I was able to share with my insurance company. Rick did an outstanding job servicing our furnace. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We had an unexpected issue with a squirrel stuck in the flue, and Rick handled it calmly and efficiently, explaining everything along the way and making sure the problem was fully resolved.

The owner operator, Bryan, is extremely professional, accessible-- returning all calls very promptly, friendly, and most importantly was prompt to the scheduled appointment time and did an EXCELLENT job removing the old disposal and installing the new disposal. Also, he had the most reasonable price quote total for part and labor for our garbage disposal replacement job at $400! (Unlike other companies that gave quotes almost double and triple the quoted estimate at $700-800 & $1100-1200.)
