Chad was very professional. He was very punctual looked at what I wanted done & was able to get the hot & cold water with drain installed for my washer/dryer combo within a few hours. Will definitely call Chad for any future services

Chad (Finksburg) from is amazing. He completed the work in excellent fashion and time. He also let me know some other things that didn’t to be done along with the pricing and walked me through what was important and what was not. I was pleased with his work. I have attached pictures. I will definitely stick with them.

Zach came out to evaluate some electrical issues we were having under out sink. He spotted some problems and installed some new outlets. He was very professional and friendly.

The only reason for 4 stars overall had nothing to do with Zach: He was 5 stars all the way! The dispatchers, though, couldn't get him to the right address. I had to go out to the main road, then guide him back to our place.

If I could give Chad a 6th star, I would. He was very courteous and thorough. He gave me all of the information that I needed to make a decision for my home. He made the process easy.

Ray and his trainee (Zack I believe) were friendly and caring. Ray explained all of the options available to us and made meaningful recommendations. They had a struggle with our old hot water heater, but we're able to complete the job as outlined. All of the new plumbing work was neat and tidy. Very pleased with their work.

Ben arrived early and was very polite, and professional. He got to working on the repair right away. He helped me get set up with the maintenance plan membership which helped save me money on the repair. I was extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable Ben was. He had our cooling restored and my family happy within an hour. Overall, this experience was very pleasant and I would recommend this company and technician for services.

Chad was excellent. He came out to the house and used his equipment to identify where the propane leak was coming from, which to me confirmed the leak bc it was the same spot the fire dept identified hours before. He replaced two valves and confirmed the leak is sealed with his meter.

Made repairs to toilet but unable to clear clog. Had to rent large snake machine. Should have one available same day. Had to return next day with machine and add'l charges to complete job. Cleanup was not thorough. Water holding tank on toilet loose and wiggling. I contacted Chad and he said he would be out today to fix. I looked at it last night and found two of three tank bolts loose. Informed Chad that I didn't need him to come this morning as I tightened bolts and fixed the issue. All and all I'm ok with work but it seems to me that I was overcharged for a toilet rebuild and a clearing of a clog.

Chad Kolper was very helpful. He took a lot of time to talk through a number of options for us to make some repairs. He was able to explain how the solutions protect our home, talk through pros and cons, and consider the present and future value. That meant everything when we were looking at quite a difference on cost of the options.

We had an issue with our HVAC system (outdoor unit stopped responding to thermostat instructions) and I made an online appointment several hours after the issue occurred. Normally, online appointments take a while to register, but when I called the office several minutes later, the appointment was already in the books.

Our technician was Justin, and he came out to the house the same day (maybe 3-4 hours after the appointment was made). This was during October, which is a slower part of the year, but still a good response time. Justin was helpful and professional, working to diagnose the problem and providing a solution quickly.

He ordered parts and retuned twice over the next few days to install them with zero issues. Happy with the promptness of the response and the quality of the work.

Ray was nothing short of spectacular. He came out late, assessed the issue quickly, fixed it, identified some other issues he noted while here, and was professional and personable the entire time. He was on call for someone else and could have been less than thrilled about driving an hour at 10:30 at night not knowing what he was getting into, but was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. I can't thank him enough.

The plumber was fantastic. His communication was great and his work was perfect. Unsure about the price but the outcome was spot on. Had a pressure valve leak. Asked to have my water pressure tank replaced and all connections replaced. Fantastic job.

The technician was very professional friendly and explained to me the entire process. I was very very pleased and trusting of all the information that was provided. I’m going to move forward with their services in the near future.

I highly recommend F H FURR. My condo has an Aquatherm heating system that wasn’t producing heat. I had HVAC technicians from several companies take a look at the system, but Adje Wilson-Bahun from F H Furr was the only technician who took the time to accurately figure out the source of the problem. It saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. I received professional and swift same day service for a fair price. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

CARLOS P. Was a super plumbers tech and represented FH FURR with professionalism and very high levels of technical skill. He found no issues with my plumbing and gave me spot on advice on how to mitigate and lessen the severity of any future problems before they would occur. I found Carlos to not only be highly skilled but also to be someone who was also very personable and friendly. He should be commended for a job well done. He earned more than a 5 star rating!!!

Ray was completely professional yet very personable and down to earth. He was not pushy on anything but was very helpful in our decision to install the equipment we did. He gets FIVE STARS from us and we would highly recommend him to others.

Matt Callari was a great electrician, very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. He did a thorough job on all necessary repairs in my house. I would definitely hire him again in the future if I had additional electrical needs.

updating my last review- technician never showed and FH Furr denies we have an appt. It has been two days since they were scheduled to arrive and fix the water. Poor reliability- do not recommend.

Zach was the professional that came to the property. I have a multiunit- (four) and he went through each property to address my concerns. His communication was excellent, he was able ti explain everything to my understanding and was very professional. I HIGHLY recommend

The work seems great and the guys are professional. However, every time Furr comes out for an inspection there is a major upgrade that I “need”. Some of this is legitimate, but other times I can’t help but thinking that corporate targets rather than my needs or anything mechanical are driving these services.

Matthew Callari -Very happy with the service. He was on time, respectful of my space, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. The work was done neatly and correctly, and I felt confident everything was handled safely. I’d absolutely use him again.
