After noticing my four Norway Spruces were looking a bit unhealthy, I reached out to Bartlett Tree Experts and am glad I did. Christopher Stephan came out to take a look and I was impressed from the start — he didn't just give me a quick once-over. He conducted a real assessment of the trees, explained what he was seeing (needlecast fungal disease), and followed up with a detailed written proposal laying out a full course of treatment.
The proposal itself was more thorough than I expected — it included the specific products, the application schedule across multiple treatment windows, and clear arborist notes explaining the reasoning. No guesswork, no vague promises.
Bartlett completed the first treatment on schedule. Still early in the process — needlecast recovery takes time and multiple seasons — but I feel confident the trees are in good hands. Chris has been easy to reach and straightforward throughout. Happy to recommend them.

Several trees were damaged by the late frost. Bartlett treated them soon after my request. My red Japanese Maple looked the worse. After treatment, it looks great! Back to its usual lovely self. Bartlett is the best. The company is very responsive. I highly recommend it!
