Mr. Bell needs to improve on his punctuality, communication, follow up and patience. Since the first of three appointments, he has never arrived on time. My calls to his answering service and text messages went unanswered for weeks. His explanation " I thought the project was completed " no apology....So maybe he just didn't bother to listen to my messages 🤔 either way that's just unprofessional. I support black owned businesses. I encourage you Mr. Bell to DO BETTER! you're making your people look bad.

Mr. Bell, of "Bell Appliances Repair" was very prompt and professional. Once my dryer problem was diagnosed, he immediately began the task of fixing it. My machine works like new again. I am so grateful that I found him, he saved me from buying a new dryer. I am truly happy n satisfied with his service and price. I wiould highly recommend him before going out to buy a new Appliance.

We had Bell Appliance Repair come to our home today to repair our Samsung dyer. I was connected with Bell Appliance through my home warranty company. After dealing with a nightmare of a company coming out twice with no progress, I cannot say enough how much of a "breath of fresh air" it was to deal with kind and professional people who listened to the customer. My repair included ordering parts ahead of time and the technician even had to leave mid-service to go and get an additional part. All work was done in a timely fashion and my home was left as clean as when she arrived. I will call them for all future appliance needs!

Very recently, my Maytag washing machine wasn't feeling it's best. So, I found Bell Appliance Repair, who was rated very high, and I took the leap and contacted them to set up an appointment. I am so pleased with their quick response! Mr. Bell (the owner) was the person who responded and after diagnosing the issue with my washer, got the part and replaced it. Mr. Bell is extremely knowledgeable, professional, fair, and personable! Of such importance for me, Mr. Bell explained the issue, cause, solution, and price up front, as well as followed up with me to ensure my washer was now working properly. He also provided his recommendation to prevent future recurrence.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for this morning and it’s almost 4pm. No call, no show. Wouldn’t trust fix unit
