I have had two appliance repairs from Three J s. Dryer and washer. Juan is terrific; a pleasure doing business with.

No showed twice, don't have proper tools. They do not have the required "puller" tool to separate the fan blade from the worn out motor. Not professional. Now they took my old part that I need for the repair. They frequently don't answer the phone. Terrible service all the way around.

Thank you and oven fixed! Even though the technician had to come back to make an adjustment, they made sure I was scheduled and taken care of right away. I appreciate that.

They replaced our HVAC system half a year ago which kept breaking in the last a few months and we called the home insurance company which sent them to us almost every day in the last two weeks to fix but Three Js never came. The insurance company had to send another company to come according to whom Three J's did a horrible job. There are more than one places not done right and the system might be faulty as well. The new company suggested us to complain Three J's online. This is absolutely the worst service I have seen in many years.

Came to replace a poorly installed garbage disposal in my rental property. They were professional and flexible and super responsive.back office and the people who did the work. Would recommend them again.

RUN, do not walk, AWAY from these cowboys. My home warranty firm had them install a new unit two years ago and I've had nothing but heartache and ceiling leaks since. Two HVAC firms and a roofing company all inspected the issues and determined that Three J's installed the WRONG SIZE unit for the dormer frame in my attic. Even though I have sent Jimmy (three J's owner) and the home warranty company pictures, neither party is taking responsibility (they frankly don't give a s***.) Not only did I pay over $5K for the new unit, I now have to pay for another new, correctly sized unit (and the repairs to my ceiling and electric fan and lights) to fix the issue. I wish I'd never heard their name - I feel so cheated and upset, and stressed and broke too. These guys should not be in business and DO NOT give them your money!

My home owner warranty company sent JJ’s repair to my home to fix my washing machine that is not draining or going into spin cycle. Technician is extremely nice but I’m not looking into making any friends I need clean clothes! With that being said the first visit technician came out, I told him the error code I have on my washing machine he proceeds to google it right in front of me and tells me what I already know. Then he proceeded to ask for a hundred dollars for the diagnostic lol After the google 100 dollar diagnostic check he leaves my home with a broken washing machine. The same technician comes back a week later asks me to boil water on my stove then he pours water down the soap drain of washing machine, I explained to him that I’ve already done his google search fix countless of times and the problem wasn’t fixed. Anyways he proceeds to tell me that I use cheap detergent while my Tide is sitting right in front him then tells me I use too much detergent which by the way I do not. I think I know how to wash a load clothes. Anyways he leaves without a running any kind of cycle. Needless to say after technician left I put a load of towels in same code same problem now I’m stuck ringing out by hand dripping wet towels. I called techs phone and companies phone to tell them that my problem wasn’t fixed but of course they didn’t answer!! Please stay away from this company I paid 100 bucks for nothing. I really do believe that this company is a bunch of home warranty scammers.. I wonder could I get a refund…probably not is my guess

Three J’s home service company are the best in business and very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone. Both receptionist Tatiana and Carla went out of their ways to help me and I’m a satisfied customer. Thx again.

Lifesavers honestly, I’m grateful they were able to come out and get my HVAC up and running. Service was fast from the time of my call and the gentleman that showed up was professional. I would definitely recommend and use this service in the future if needed. Thank You!

This company was assigned to us through our home warranty company. The problem I was having with my freezer was that the ice cream would not stay in a frozen state, it was like soup but the other items in the freezer remained frozen (with the freezer set at maximum). We had this problem for months because the companies that had come out to diagnose my freezer said they did not work on sealed systems. Three J's came out to diagnose the problem and said that a fan motor was not operating correctly. The very next day, EVERYTHING in the freezer had melted and spoiled. This was a loss of hundreds of dollars worth of food. It has now been two weeks (they said the part would be in and we would have our freezer working in a week and a half) and I have not received ANY update on our freezer. I tried to have another company re-assigned through my home warranty company but they said they are unable to do that since parts had already been ordered. I am now basically stuck with this company to complete my repairs. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this company. Spend the extra money and use a company that has higher ratings and a better reputation to help you maintain your sanity.

This company hires individuals who lack integrity. Two gentlemen came to my home to look at an appliance in my home. They showed me what was needed told me they were going to order the parts and I should hear from the complaint to schedule repair within a day or two. When I didn't hear from them, I called and was told by a lady in the home office that the gentlemen stated in the ticket that there was nothing wrong with my appliance. She said she would call them talk with them and find out what is was going on and call me back. Needless to say I never heard back and I had to hire another company. These people are scam artist.

They came to my house under warranty company told me my water tank has hole and need replacement. My warranty company didn't cover because it was over the time issue. I got other plumbing company come out and told me the sensor was the problem. They replaced the senor and working great. I call the company for refund of the service money because it wasn't hole on water heater. The have not responded. Don't use them they don't know what there doing. The other company said I needed to get money back for service charge for telling me false item. DO NOT USE THEM....

SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT USE. IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY SAYS THEY ARE SENDING THESE GUYS - ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY FIX ANYTHING. THEN THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG SO YOUR CLAIM IS CLOSED OUT, AND THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU AN EXPLANATION OR EVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. I would give them 0 STARS if I could. My warranty company sent them for two different issues, neither of which they knew how to fix. First was to look at an electrical issue. They said they didn't know how to fix it, and that was that. We had to call an electrician that fixed it in two seconds. The second was to look at my washer that was leaking from the detergent tray area. The technician said he didn't know what was wrong with it but that he would order a new tray in the meantime while he would research the issue. Didn't hear anything back for over a week, so I called the company and was told the technician said THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MACHINE, and told my warranty company to close out the claim! I tried to get a hold of a supervisor or dispatcher or somebody that could tell me why this happened, was given the runaround, was told they'd have someone call me, but no one did - Surprise, surprise. I called back, got the same runaround, was told that the manager would call back, and never got a call to explain why they lied to my warranty company about the machine being fine and closed out my claim. I already filed a complaint against this company with my home warranty company and will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well.

I highly recommend Three J's HVAC. In April, my AC stopped working, and Three J's HVAC provided exceptional service. Tatiana was kind and answered my questions patiently. They responded promptly, sent a knowledgeable technician, and resolved the issue professionally. Overall, their service was outstanding, stress-free, and I highly recommend them!
