Very professional and prompt. He explained the options, price, process and next steps. He even straightened up my yard after putting in the terminate traps. As a homeowner, it is hard finding good help these days, so when you find a good company like this one, you stick to them.

Their customer service on the phone and in person, makes me almost wish I had more than just ground bees. I have used them not only for my own home but also my mom. This organization is professional. They really deserve a platinum star.

I contacted them via email (on a Sunday evening) about bugs I was seeing in my new home. As soon as I hit send on the email, I received a call from a rep (again, this is on a Sunday evening) they called to discuss what I was seeing, the service they would suggest providing, get my availablity along with an estimated quote. So I appreciated the swiftness and urgency the took with my issue. The day of service, the techniican gave me a heads up call, was really polite, and did everything in the house in less than 45-mins. He even addressed some issues I didn't even see or know about. I appreciate the kindnes and thouroughness of the Tech (BJ) and the company overall. I have already given their name to friends and family and they will always be my first call.

We saw possible termites on a Saturday morning while doing yard work. My husband called Lane’s, they came out first thing Monday morning. BJ was very polite, professional and explained what I was seeing! I agreed it needed to be done, he sent out his team that same day. Amazing experience from start to finish! When I saw evidence of what I thought were termites I panicked and called Lane's. BJ was at my house within the hour! This was above and beyond as it was after hours and I suspect he was on family time by then. Long story short, less than 24 hours after my initial call my house has been treated and the problem fixed! Additionally, the service professionals who were sent were thorough and explained everything to me step by step. Highly recommend Lane's!

Great service! We called when we found some termites by the house. BJ came out within 24 hours and laid out a service plan for us. He was even able to come back the same day to treat. Amazing! BJ was professional and thorough and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Roger also came out to spray for pests inside the house and was attentive and careful. Both took care to interact and listen to my children (who had so many questions). A wonderful experience and very reasonable prices. I was very impressed and will definitely use Lane’s again.

Booked a same day appointment online for an initial consultation. Received a call from JB within 15 minutes asking for more details and what services/areas we wanted to focus on. JB called again when he was 30 minutes out, letting me know he was on his way. After our initial consultation, he verified we had termites (we figured that's what we were seeing). They were able to treat our house immediately. Will definitely use them again for preventive maintenance and any other future services we may need. Absolutely recommend!

I NEVER take time to review businesses but wanted to hop on to say I am beyond thrilled that after only one treatment for crawling and flying pests, NOT one of my guests was bitten by a mosquito! Had a party that lasted from noon til 9 pm and we were all good! Very thorough! I was working but my husband was impressed as the tree over our deck was sprayed and every corner of everything was addressed. On the phone, the owner explained things well -and understand my needs. This company was very responsible and professional. They were on time when providing the free estimate (which was very reasonable), and also on time when performing the treatment, in 95+ degree weather. They are also excellent communicators and responsive to the customer's needs. I would definitely use them again and recommend them in the future.

We discovered yellow jackets were creating a hive inside a small opening around a window frame. I contacted Lane’s and they came out the next morning to eliminate the yellow jackets’ presence and seal the trim around the window to prevent further infestation. The job was done, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

Had a contractor installing kitchen cabinets on a Saturday and came across a nest of yellow jacks. Called several pest control companies and Lane's was the only one to respond. When I called the customer service representative she act like it was her kitchen that had this problem. Both the CSR and Mr Lane could not have been more professional about taking care of my problem.
