I've been using this company for several years now. I've used them for termites and regular pest control, and they always far exceed my expectations!

I had an ant situation that popped up overnight and needed urgent help, especially since this is a vacation rental property. I reached out to Lane’s Pest Company and spoke with BJ, who was incredibly responsive and got a technician out to the house within an hour. That kind of fast turnaround was such a relief.

The technician did a thorough job, not only treating the problem but also showing me exactly where the ants were coming in and using multiple treatment methods to make sure it was handled properly. BJ was great to communicate with—super responsive by phone and text the whole way through. Really appreciated the quick, professional service. I’ll absolutely use Lane’s again.

I recently noticed some termite activity in my home, basement. I searched, Google for a company near Fort Washington, MD. I found this company and called for a free estimate. Mr. Lane came to do my estimate. He is professional, polite and explained the extermination in terms easy to understand. I included ants & small lizards in my treatment package.
I decided to go with this company as Mr. Lane's presentation and reviews on his site. He showed up on time for the estimate and the treatment. Everything went extremely well. I highly recommend this company and will continue a annual ongoing service with the company! A family owned business that is knowledgeable, professional and cares about their consumers!

Mario removed a large tree in my yard since it was dying and I was concerned it would fall over my house. Mario and his crew arrived at my house on schedule, and had it removed it one day. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would 100% recommend this company, and I encourage you to support this small business.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the very first contact, the team was professional, well organized, and reliable. They arrived on time, clearly explained the entire process, and worked efficiently while taking great care of the property. The crew was well coordinated and left the area clean and orderly once the job was completed.

I would especially like to highlight Mario, who was extremely kind, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable from the beginning. The tree cutting was done flawlessly and exactly as agreed.

For a long time I've done my own landscaping and for many others. I've serviced over 250 properties across the DMV in my 15+ yrs of landscaping adventures. I recently moved to the windy city of Chicago and for the first time needed someone to do landscaping for me. I am so glad I got my carpets washed by this company. We have a lot of spills in the dining area and I thought the stains were there forever. The worker explained what he was doing and got right to work. He managed to lift up all the old food stains. It saved me from buying new rugs. The price was very fair for the hard work they did.

Super friendly staff and excellent service. They cleaned the hallway carpet and made it look brand new. I will definitely use this service again next year.
