Do not hire this company. I hired Best Wash for a chimney inspection and they gave my chimney a clean bill of health. I used my fireplace and my entire house filled with smoke. They came a second time and again told me my fireplace was safe to use. My home again filled with smoke. I hired a different company and they did their own inspection (using the camera system just like Best Wash) and instructed me to immediately stop using the chimney because it was unsafe due to gaps between the flue tiles. I am thankful that my home did not catch on fire due to the negligence of Best Wash. This isn’t an issue about customer service, but an issue about safety that put my entire family in danger. Please, consider a different company.

raymond was the only person i could find who would replace my old chimney cap and flue cover. he came by to check it out and give me a quote even though he had somewhere important to be. when the parts arrived, raymond and his nephew came back, did the repair, cleaned my dryer vent, and fixed my fireplace screen. the price was fair and i really appreciate all the effort they put into finishing the job.

Raymond and Elias did a fantastic job during our chimney inspection. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional, and really know how to make their customers feel comfortable. During the inspection, our daughter was home, and after they finished sweeping and checking the chimney, they surprised her with a little piece of Santa's suit they found. She was so excited and hasn't stopped talking about it since! We're now planning to leave this piece out with Santa's milk and cookies so Mrs. Claus can fix it for him.
