Hurley was on time, very professional and did some really good work. He cleaned the chimney, repaired some masonry and fixed the cap - which had some serious cracks (see before and after pics) for a a very fair price. I am very pleased with the work and the service he provided. Will definitely use again!

We were having a lot of wasps getting into the house through the fireplace. ACD cleaned the chimney and installed a new damper for us. We haven’t had any issues since and the price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received. Would definitely recommend.

Hurley responded within minutes to my request and scheduled a visit for the same day. He was on time and professional. He assessed our chimney, cleaned and provided needed repairs. Video was supplied of pre and post work findings. He was personable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Hurley is so personable and very helpful. He follows up the next day to be sure everything is great. He will text you to let you know his ETA which is extremely helpful and he protected our flooring. We have no sooty smell after his cleaning and you couldn’t sit in the room with the fireplace on warm days before. Very happy!

I found ACD Chimney Service on Yelp so I didn’t know what to expect. I have to say I am very pleased. Very professional and true to their word on times and prices plus went the extra mile to inspect the fireplace and chimney. Would recommend for sure.

This company showed up late, then proceeded to charged me $200 to "clean" a chimney that didn't need to be cleaned after I explained that I just moved in and needed it looked at to make sure it is good to use. I was charged $200 for 5 minutes to look up my chimney. 0 cleaning. Not honest brokers.

Had a good first impression of the company after his first visit. He cleaned and inspected the chimney, replaced a damper, and was very readily available when we needed him in a crunch around the holidays. We asked him to come back a second time to repair the chimney cracks that he had pointed out to us. In the meantime, another chimney company came by for an estimate and pointed out a crumbling brick on the lower part of the chimney. This was pointed out to ACD on the morning of his second visit, and although he agreed to inspect it and give us his opinion, he forgot. He showed up 2 hours late that day and appeared to be rushing. He was very defensive when we followed up a couple days later and asked what to do about this spot, stating we “sprung” it on him even though he did in fact agree to assess it. It seems he did a good job repairing the cracks themselves, and the mortar is filled in well although not painted (which would have been included with the other company). We now have to pay for another contractor to come and repair this one spot, and this second contractor was charging less than ACD in the first place. Although I think ACD does fair work, we are frustrated with our second experience and will not be using this service again, nor will we be recommending this service to our neighbors.

I highly recommend this company, they came very fast and were responsive to fix my chimney, my family is extremely happy again. Thank you!
