Our A/C stopped working 3 days before our housewarming party. I called around to multiple HVAC folks. Kenneth was wrapping up a job nearby and worked me into his schedule the same day! Wow! I am so thankful to find a reliable, capable and fairly priced HVAC company. He took the time to explain what was going on and luckily had the parts with him to be able to fix same day. I’ll definitely recommend HawkEye services to others.

It's summer time and of course I had issues with my AC. Called one of those companies on TV and they wanted me to purchase all new equipment for everything which I could not afford. So I found Hawkeye Services and Kenneth found my problems was much smaller than the other company told me. The owner Kenneth found the parts I needed and gave me a good price on the repairs . Hawkeye great company I had the pleasure of meeting Kenneth. He did an excellent job on my ac unit. I was told by another company I would need a whole new unit. Long story short Kenneth came in found the leak fixed it. Excellent service Very detailed and explained every step of the way and was honest with me. Which you don’t find to much these days everyone all about selling a new ac unit rather than giving you options and possibly keeping a customer long term.. I would definitely recommend to all. Response time: Excellent. I accidentally called before 630AM, so I frantically hung up; he called me right back. Kenneth was extremely courteous and accommodating. I live about 50 minutes away, but he was flexible and worked me in. The "other " company wanted to sell me a new unit, so they misdiagnosed my issue to collect the fee, but Kenneth was honest about the repair... he ONLY focused on the repairs, and the unit was kicking out cold air within the hour. I highly recommend this company, they have a long-term customer for repairs and installations.

Their service is outstanding and reasonably priced. I recommend them 100 percent. Try them; you will be glad you did, believe me. God guided me to them, and I thank Him for it.

Very professional and courteous! Mr. Hudson arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, educated me throughout the process, checked all levels and systems prior to departure, and provided an in depth assessment of follow up care! He is my go-to for all things HVAC and general contracting!

Hawkeye Services did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my heat pump leak. Ken was punctual, courteous, and thorough in his work. Issues and their repair options were communicated clearly and transparently. Prices were very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

Hawkeye Hvac installed a new furnace for me. Very professional and quick response. They assisted me when my old furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Highly recommend!

I honestly cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Kenneth, especially in advance of the snowpocalypse of 2026. A power outage, followed by a power surge, knocked out my heat with less than 24 hours before the area was preemptively shutting down for days. I waited for another company for most of the day with no luck, then reached out in desperation because the sun was about to set, and it was going to get colder. Kenneth was patient in listening to my concerns; he explained the initial diagnostic cost immediately and even answered all of my questions when I wanted to see if I could figure it out myself. He was able to "troubleshoot" with me over the phone and did not rush me to make a decision. Once we realized there was no easy fix, Kenneth was kind enough to give me the small window of time he had before heading to his next job. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even identified something I should keep an eye on that may cause difficulty later. I am just so grateful and appreciative; I will absolutely be a repeat customer and recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!

Kenneth Hudson with Hawkeye Services Heating and Cooling was my service technician. He performed a thorough evaluation of the entire unit, and with this he was able to not only pinpoint the problem, but detected improper wiring done previously. The outside unit also had a capacitor that showed signs of aging and ware, and was on the verge of falling, so I had a new one installed during this appointment just to be safe. Kenneth was professional and allowed me to shadow him while he explained the repair process, and answered any questions I had about the system and it's functionality. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would certainly call on Hawkeye Services Heating and Cooling again.

Kenneth was quick and extremely knowledgeable when I had curious questions. I had my google nest thermostat hooked into my heat pump system telling me that it needed to run on emergency heat in order to warm my house and that it would be more expensive. After googling what to do, I looked for a local HVAC contractor to support local businesses and Hawkeye was the closest. Turns out he is also extremely capable and friendly! He diagnosed that my fan motor had to be replaced and did me a real solid. He even tuned up my compressor and made sure I was set for the rest of winter and we scheduled a spring appointment when he noticed the person who last serviced my hvac didn't install a sensor on my evaporator tray. I now have a person who I know I can rely on nearby for emergency and service related HVAC issues. That gives me a lot of peace.

In Matthew 5:16 it says "let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." This scripture in my estimation truly headlines my observation in the dedicated, excellent and successful service that has been provided to my household by Hawkeye Services. Whether it has been analyzing and repairing a heating system, eliminating the despair of a flooded basement or erasing the perils of a leaking ceiling- time and again- Hawkeye Services has efficiently and effectively answered the call establishing normalcy and peace of mind. I have furthermore been overwhelmingly impressed with their gift of being able to rectify a multitude of home repair issues or providing upgrades to the home experience. I have found it also to be gratifying to receive genuine advice about the home improvement business in general and the quality and usage of different products. It is that "gifted spirit" and service that outshines
any business jingle, prime-time advertisement or familiar franchise. When there is pursuit for home repair or an imagination that needs realization my eye is on the "Hawk"!
