Dick's A/C and Heating installed a new air conditioner last year amazingly fast on a hot summer day after our 17 year old A/C stopped working. We bought a high efficiency A/C from Dick's. The A/C cooled our home nicely, and saved us money on our energy bill.
Recently, our furnace was making a whining sound after running for about 3 minutes. The technician, Doug, quickly found the problem. Dick's ordered the part that day. Doug returned and replaced to part quickly as soon as the part was delivered.
Dick's provides fast, reliable service. I highly recommend Dick's to quickly fix their heating and A/C problems at a very reasonable price.

I have had service contracts with Dick's for many years. They promptly respond to any problem at any time. Their service is exemplary and they do not hesitate to fix any problem asap. Their office staff is very pleasant to speak to and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issue. Great, great, great.

I wish that I could give this review more than five stars! The technician, Doug, was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. It was a total pleasure working with him, and he did everything we needed done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company, and especially Doug.

I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!

Long time customer of Dick's Heating and Air, who has never experience anything less than outstanding customer service and maintenance service. My service technician is Doug and he is truly outstanding and knows his job. I have a habit of following the service tech and he is very helpful in explaining why and what he is doing. I have learned the importance of changing filters, how to change filters and post a chart of change dates on unit. I feel as though I am a member of a team with the focus of ensuring that my unit is maintained properly and ready to go!

Best customer service all around. I’m a new homeowner and didn’t know a lot but none of the employees made me feel dumb. Good price. Quick scheduling and communicative. The technician Billy was fantastic.

Great communication. I was able to quickly get someone on the phone when I called in for the appointment and when I called to make a change in appointment. The technician (Doug) text when he was en route to my house.

Knowledgeable. Doug really knew his stuff. He knew what to look for when I told him the problem and was able to break down the issue to me in terms I could understand. The issue was resolved promptly and my house is cooling.

Convenient. I was able to pay by card before Doug left the house. Receipt comes by email immediately.

Their same day repair service was responsive and timely. Their service technician (Doug Sanford) was efficient and knowledgeable while inspecting, cleaning and repairing my outdoor air conditioning unit (capacitor replacement). He answered my questions and concerns clearly and directly. They were reasonably priced given my overall satisfaction and no up sell.

Dick's AC provides excellent and professional service. Their service people are very experienced and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for over 15 years. They did forget to order a part which delayed my compressor replacement an extra day of heat, but once the part was in they made sure to get everything fixed as quickly as they could.

As promised I was called and advised when the technician was on the way. He showed up 15 minutes later. Gerald was friendly and professional, he diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. The cost was reasonable and he completed the parts replacement/repair within 10 minutes. Compared to the feedback I've gotten from people that used other companies from outrageous pricing to trying to push entirely new systems on people when only a minor repair was required, I am very happy and would recommend Dick's Air Conditioning and Heating service and they will be the first I call should I need servicing again.

Patrick came the week before, without delay, when we reported that the outside unit was continuously running even though it was not a cold day. Gerald added freon last year and the unit was 14 years old. Paatrick said the blower was out and would cost $1,800 to replace. So we decided to replace the entire unit. Patrick was very good about explaining everything as we made our decision about what to purchase. Today (4/22/21), Levi and Trey came and installed the unit. They were friendly & professional and did a great job! Patrick came over and inspected the job and was again very nice. I would recommend your business to others.

The office personnel were very helpful and efficient. I was told the repairman was out on call and I should be next. To my surprise in under two hours Billy was at my door. He was courteous (a rare trait these days), knowledgeable regarding the problem and attentive to my questions. I am very satisfied with the AC repair and would gladly use this service again.

The service was great from Linda and I interacting over the phone to find out more about what I needed as heating system was not working. She made sure to document my issues so they would be addressed the next day. Patrick showed up the next morning and fixed everything! He was so pleasant and made us feel comfortable that he would solve the issue. I would definitely recommend this company and they will be my company of choice from now on! I cannot believe they have been literally 5 minutes away and I did not know about them!

I called first thing in the morning, they were able to come that afternoon, and they were so understanding that I was running late and were super flexible with me. He was professional and polite, explained everything to me as he was doing it and answered all questions before he left. Super clean and worth the price!
