I recently installed my solar through Interconnect. I did have a great experience with them when they installed my Tesla charger. As expected, it was a wonderful experience with Stan right from the start. Very transparent and fact based with their proposal, no gimmicks competitive straight forward pricing and absolutely no pressure to buy. I got constant updates on installation status and it got done earlier than estimated. I recommended them to my friends who were looking to install solar or any major electric work for that matter.

I’ve been in the trade all my life and have dealt with all sorts of counter reps. Some good and some bad. An electricians day can either a productive or not based on the type of counter rep you deal with. There are many factors that go into a good counter rep such as accuracy of the order, getting it out for pick up quickly, and material available.

Yesterday I we had a pretty bad mistake from Capital that was going to cause us to not be able to complete the work. Greg, from Capital drove to another store picked up the material and personally delivered it to us at our job site. I’ve never seen this done before. This place goes the extra mile for its customers. If your frustrated with your current suppliers like we were come to Capital in Gaitherburg. These guys really care about there customers, knowledgeable, and always have a smile on there faces.
