Great custumer service and great products thank you guys ..

This guy gave me an estimate, we set a date. He was a no call no show. I finally reached him a day later, he indicated that he tried to call me but was unable to get through. We had been texting most of the time so why not then?! Anyway, we rescheduled for the following week, I sent a confirmation text and he agreed. I took off work that day only to find out he was a no show AGAIN! I called, text and text again. No response from this guy and it’s been a full week now and He hasn’t even called to apologize! If you decide to use, please keep a backup contractor just in case!

Lou Electrical was on point, answered all of my questions and assessed the issue and fixed it. I will definitely be calling this company again for my electrical needs. Thank you Lou!

We have been texting for him to come over for a simple work, I ordered all the pieces after confirming with him, He was a no show till when he came in to do the job. Came up with a reason to leave and scheduled to return the next day to start and complete it. Many calls and texts later with no response. NOT in any shape or form a professional.

Great work with the fair price, I did not check the work at the end, instead I watch electrical work closely from beggining to the end, I knew the work, so I can value the job, great and friendly work. I will call Lou for my other house I have and for my friends and family.

Extremely unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment through my main home insurance service (Super) and he kept pulling a no-show for three times. I called him directly to get to the bottom of this and he claimed that my insurance company did not inform him prior to scheduling with me, which I found out was a lie after I called my service provider. I rescheduled the appointment for the fourth time directly with him. At the appointment time, he texted me and said that there were no parking spot around. I went outside and held one of the many open parking spots right by by home and waited for him for another 35 minutes. I texted him, called him but he did not answer either. This is unprofessional, disrespectful and such a waste of my time.
Update: Since he's pretending that this did not happen, I have uploaded the screenshots of all three confirmation emails that he decided to pull a no-show, no-response. On top of being unprofessional and unreliable, he's also a liar.

I was put in touch with Lou Electrical when I unintentionally signed up for “Porch” (I also DO NOT recommend). Similar to other reviews Lou Electrical gave me a quote and we agreed on a time for him to come and complete the work. He was a NO SHOW when I attempted to contact him he did not answer my calls. Mean while via Porch service I’m getting repeated calls and emails from other random electric companies asking about my request through Porch. I do not have a job where I can answer multiple calls at work from random companies I have not researched. Lou Electrical unprofessional I cannot imaging trusting him with any job in my home no matter how small.

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for Lou's Electrical to upgrade our electrical panel. Lou came out to our house in late June to scope the work, agreed to get the permit and return today to perform the work. He did not show up at the agreed upon time, so my husband called him and he said he'd contact the contractor meant to be at our home and get back to us. 2 hours passed, with multiple unanswered calls. I called him 2.5 hours later and Lou indicated that he would not be performing any service through the Angie's List Deal. So after 2 days off of work to meet with this contractor, no services were performed and Lou has no intent of fulfilling his obligations and commitments. Terrible business practice.
