Thank you Maria and Karla. I see you every other Wednesday, and am delighted with the results each time. I appreciate your professionalism and your care. But to Merry Maids Marketing, I don't appreciate your hounding me every two weeks with multiple emails to rate their performance. Accept this as a permanent rating of 5 and apply it to Maria's and Karla's personnel files and please stop sending me biweekly and followup emails.

Every other week I either come home to a beautifully cleaned house or friendly hellos from Sarai and Rina as they are busy making it clean. If I need to make an adjustment to which rooms I need cleaned, it's given a no problem and it happens. I have worked with them for over a year and I hope to continue with my team for as long as they stay with Merry Maids. 👍

We've been using Merry Maids Gaithersburg for the past 2 years. I always appreciate the little touches or additional things that the team takes care of for me without me asking -- like cleaning the microwave, or emptying the small waste baskets in rooms that we don't have included as part of our service. From the initial quote to scheduling and final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, communicated kindly, and maintained a respectful and positive attitude throughout the visit.

I scheduled a deep cleaning for the master bedroom, two full bathrooms, office, kitchen, living room, entryway, hallway, and a small laundry area. The attention to detail was impressive. The master bedroom was cleaned thoroughly, including trim and doors, and the overall air quality in the home noticeably improved. The bathrooms — which see the most use and had buildup I was concerned about — were restored beautifully.

I only needed to request one minor adjustment, which was handled immediately and without hesitation. That responsiveness, combined with the overall effort put into the home, made a strong impression.

What truly sets this company apart is leadership involvement. A supervisor personally came to introduce herself, review the work, and ensure I was satisfied. That level of care and quality assurance is rare.

I’ve worked with multiple cleaning companies in the past and have never been this satisfied. I currently have a biweekly contract and am strongly considering moving to weekly service based on this experience. I look forward to continuing to work with this team and hope this standard of excellence remains consistent.

Have had Merry Maids for about a year. They have conscientious, thorough cleaning service folks who do an excellent job. Always happy with results. Each crew has a person who reads and speaks English, making it easy for me to identify where I need specific cleaning focus in the house. Merry Maids screens and hires its own workers, pays benefits, and has long-term employees. Any new team or worker, before they leave your house, gets a walk-through by a professional from the company to make sure job was done right. Well worth the price to get consistent results from each cleaning team, and to have my own peace of mind that companies who employ these folks are treating them fairly.

I moved out of a large house in Gaithersburg, MD and wanted it to be cleaned before turning it over to the new owner. Merry Maids did a wonderful job. It was not an easy task, because the house was very dirty, and required a lot of work. I was very pleased with what Merry Maids accomplished. The crew arrive on schedule and finished on schedule. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing.

I just moved in to my new apartment, the leasing office told me they had cleaned it before my move but they had not, so I had to take matters into my own hands thats why I decided to contact Merry Maids. I had seriously asked the leasing office to change my whole kitchen because it was filthy. The 2 ladies were very punctual and friendly, I left to run errands within an hour and half or maybe less they were done!!!! I don't wanna change my kitchen anymore ^_^ thats how good they were. The ladies with Merry Maids have always done just a wonderful job of cleaning our house. Better than I would have done most of the time. I am usually home when they are here as I work at home full time and the ladies are always so polite and as me how I'm doing. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience having Merry Maids clean our house. I would highly recommend them to any one.

The service is reliable and consistently of high quality. All materials are provided so we don't have to worry about these items. The company tries to send the same team leader each time so they are familiar with our home and what needs to be done. I don't know how anyone could have had a bad experience with them. They've cleaned for us for 20 years.

I'm a wedding planner, and I recently had a couple hire a team from Merry Maids to polish up their wedding venue (similar to an at-home wedding) prior to their guests' arrival. Merry Maids was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding day, and the cleaning team arrived on time and ready to go. They had every space looking great before they left, in spite of having to work around a large wedding party and a lot of bustle. They were polite, responsive, and all around awesome. I'd recommend them without reservation.

We hired Merry Maids to clean our home to prepare it for sale. We were already in our new home In another state when we made arrangements and thus unable to meet the maids in person or evaluate their work ourselves. However, our real estate agent was thrilled at the quality of the cleaning! It means so much to have professionals do such amazing work without having to or even being able to supervise the work!!! The cleaners do a good job most of the time. They have always been honest and pleasant to work with. I know the women need a fair wage and the owners to make a fair profit. But, please don’t price your company out of reach for customers. You raised your price last year and again this year. Is that going to be the pattern?

I really didn't want to send a message this time because there were a couple of problems with the cleaning. First, my husband and I had to totally remake the top sheet of the bed instead of just being able to hop in. I have instructed the cleaners to use the center fold of the top sheet as a marker for the center of the bed. That way there is equal sheet on both sides of the bed. This time one side hung way down almost to the floor, and the other was so short there was no way to tuck it in. Also, I am wondering if they vacuumed the front bedroom, as there was still a lot of dust. Most of the time they do a good job. I do not know what happened this past cleaning.

The team from Merry Maids always does an excellent job and they are so professional. We have been using them for over 1.5 years and our house is so much cleaner and more liveable. We highly recommend them!

The cleaning team is hard working. Since the first time they came to my home, I have had a good impression of the ladies. Although every job is different, the attitude of good purpose is the same. They earn money by working diligently. And I did have some misunderstanding and argument with the management team. However, they are ready to communicate and accomadate. I am satisfied. We are long-time customers of Merry Maids in Gaithersburg, MD and are very pleased with our monthly cleaning service. The work is done efficiently and with attention to detail. It’s a joy to return to a clean house!

The maids were very good with cleaning. They reached up for the cobwebs, brushed down drapes, did the sideboards, top of pictures/door frames. They got it all. They were quiet & efficient. I have no problems with them. It's the intake and pricing that I have a problem with. The person assessing my house missed the laundry room (which my son pointed out) so it's $5.00 more to clean it. This room is small. I'm not happy that they are adding more money. Also, the downstairs family room was not real, because my son said do not clean my bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room than the family room. Hopefully the next cleaning will include all of the house (minus one bedroom).
