I contacted Proper Quality Cleaning on New Year’s Eve hoping to schedule a deep cleaning on a recently cleaned-out hoarder house so my realtor could take photos and list it by Jan 5th. The house hadn’t been cleaned in many years. The walls, wood floors, and all surfaces in every room of the main level had to be deep cleaned. Surprisingly, Andy Nevers, the owner, said his crew could do the job on Sat, Jan 3th.

Andy quickly put together a crew of 4 and showed up early Sat, Jan 3rd. The crew started cleaning the house from top to bottom, while Andy managed the quality of their work. They were very detail oriented and thorough. They did an amazing job cleaning every nook and cranny of the house. They even cleaned and vacuumed the unfinished basement, and swept and power-washed the front steps and sidewalk that had been covered with yard debris from being under a handicap ramp for over 4 years.
In addition to the quality of their work, Proper Quality Cleaning’s pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Proper Quality Cleaning was excellent! The company made time for me within a week after my inquiry. I came home after work to a spotless, beautiful home that smelled amazing. They are also excellent with animals as they had no problem with me having a cat, and I think my cat loved them also! I will definitely be hiring them again on a regular basis. Andy was extremely kind and understanding of all my needs. I ordered a deep cleaning for my first cleaning for my townhouse. It is also a veteran owned business which makes it even better :) The price was very reasonable too!

used Proper Quality Cleaning after my tenant moved out of the unit, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. They were professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results. I requested a deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, along with carpet cleaning to eliminate smoking odors and stains. They did a fantastic job—everything looked and smelled fresh—and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services, especially for landlords needing a thorough post-tenant cleaning.

I'm not thrilled that they didn't show up for an estimate. I asked for any feedback about TCA on another app - 3 of 3 were negative reviews. This did not work for me

great company, we're lucky to have Mery on our team. Once in a few years, there was a team not familiar with our house, and once we brought issues to the company, they re-did cleaning for free next day.

The ladies come and do a great job, they work quickly and get a lot done in a short time. I always feel so much better after they’ve been here, the house is clean and it helps me keep more organized.

Seems like the staff broke my daughter’s tooth brush holder in her bathroom today during our clean. Photo attached. I would like this replaced.

Where to begin

I hired them to clean my home before move in. it was empty, no furniture, nothing.

1. These are not professionals and the ladies who came to clean complained themselves about the company and the products, blaming the poor cleaning on the products. Apparently you’re supposed to have all the cleaning supplies on hand... They only brought 2 or 3 products.. could have used vinegar and baking soda.. also organic, no excuse.

2. The company does not insure the workers! They only clean where they can reach, but the cleaners did not bring any extenders so theres is a line of dust and grime that just stays there

3. So many areas not cleaned!! Corners and areas underneath and on side of cabinets completely ignored

4. There is a contract apparently that makes you agree that work is nonrefundable. This contract was not discussed or given to me prior, it was left at the end of the work, and I never signed!

I called the company and the receiver said someone should have come to inspect (nope). I emailed them With pictures... no response.

Dont waste your money

Excellent work as always. I love how they clean the kitchen. Every thing shines. Excellent work cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Corina and Andrea did an outstanding job.

The cleaning authority team #3 Juli and Elba have been cleaning our house for a number of years. I highly recommend them.

Team 5 is terrific and Melanie with Cleaning Authority is incredibly responsive. Today, after the holidays, I simply said, “The house is in need of a good cleaning… please make it sparkle!” And it does.
