This was our second deep clean and the ladies did an amazing job! They were careful, on time and very thorough and I'm so glad we decided to hire them. I highly recommend the cleaners and the staff.

Completely inconsistent and they don’t fix the problems. Should NEVER have to contact to have living room table dusted when it is a DEEP CLEAN in the living room. Should NEVER have to remake my bed because the fitted sheet wasn’t put on properly- especially on a MASTER BEDROOM focused cleaning. If your protocols say something should be attended to, I expect it to be attended to.

I have been extremely happy with my friends, Team #10 aka Ceceila and Ashely. It's been about a year or more and I would reccomend this company and these two ladies in particular to anyone. They work hard, fast, and efficiently. I love this company!

I’ve used this CA since 2009. They are very consistent in their quality. Always professional. Daily life with work, kids, and pets can be a lot to manage. CA’s service gives me extra time to spend with family.

The Cleaning Authority's cleaning staff wear facemasks the entire duration of their visit and are careful about COVID protocols. Though The Cleaning Authority has many different groups, mine is Team 3 (Corine and Juli {not sure on spelling..sorry, I'm terrible at reading handwriting}) and I request them each time...I had a few different teams but request that specific group because they take their time to do things correctly, perfectly each visit. Everything is spotless and addressed. The cleaning staff for Team 3, are amazing and get everything cleaned well, pay very close attention to detail, and don't get offended if you point out a particular way you would like something done. Love the Team 3 cleaning staff and highly recommend them. Punctual, professional, and courteous. The customer service side of things got a bit confused...I changed a cleaning date because we were out of town, about 5 weeks in advance, and they still scheduled it wrong and I was called on vacation to ask if I could please open the door (I wasn't even in the right city to do so). Fortunately, they fixed it.

The ladies who clean our house, Team # 2, Jenny and Diana are amazing!! They leave the house sparkling clean., they do an amazing job, very nice, friendly and professional. My house has never looked cleaner after they have been. I cannot say enough nice things about what a great job they do!!

Marleny and Ingrid on Team #12 have done a great job cleaning my home. It is so wonderful coming home to a clean home. They really take their time and pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. I would highly recommend this company and particularly team 12!

I have been pleased the women have been nice, on time and do good general cleaning. I have asked the office to have them clean the shelves in the closet twice but they don’t generally do the walk in closets unless asked and it’s been a different team each time so they still miss them. We have used them four times now and been overall satisfied.

Estefania and Cecelia are awesome! We love the service so far after our first two cleans. Price is a bit high, but the job they do makes it worth it. We’ve had other cleaning services before, but The Cleaning Authority is the best we’ve used so far, by far.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for over 7 years, and we have been very happy with their service. They almost always send the same team except when I change the schedule which is very easy to do. They are very flexible if you have company coming and need an extra clean or need to reschedule because cleaning day falls on a day the kids are out of school. It is wonderful to come home to a completely clean house and freshly made beds with clean sheets. I didn't give them 5 stars because only my mother would get 5 stars. They aren't as good as mom but they do a better job than me! And it more affordable than you would think. I am happy to trade a few dinners out for a clean house.

The Cleaning Authority is a wonderful service. They are very flexible, and reasonably priced. They use natural products (which they supply), but are willing to use other products if you supply them. They provide very good service. I trust them to take good care of my home. I especially like my team, Juli and Elba (team 3). They are always cheerful and very helpful.

The cleaning crew are always very kind and respectful. They rotate areas for deep cleaning every time they come. They generally do a good job cleaning. If there is an occasion where there is something not to my satisfaction it is remedied with a simple phone call.
