Team 10 did a fantastic job! I wish this team would clean my house every time but the office never even tried to accommodate me when I did request a team. Some teams are awful. My house is small and tidy so you would think that it would be easy for anyone to clean it properly like team 10 just did. I did end my contract because of the poor customer service and bad job from some teams. Most clients don’t complain and keep paying because they don’t want to clean their own house and they are happy with a mediocre cleaning job. and for some of us not living in Potomac and not paying hundreds of dollars… mediocre is what we get. We are not rich and not important and our houses are “rushed through “. Not the ladies fault… management probably trained them that way. The cleaning ladies here are probably paid minimum wage and instructed to clean according to how much money the client pays…
I definitely do not recommend this company. There are plenty of cleaning possibilities out there. Do your research…

The TCA team does an excellent job with every clean! The front office is easy and accommodating to work with and my cleaning team always leave my house spotless (and I’m picky with my standards of clean). Would recommend and will continue to use.

I recently hired this cleaning company and was disappointed with their service. Even though I was told the crew is professional and they know what to do, they needed to be told where to clean and basic tasks like vacuuming and dusting were completely missed.

Unfortunately, I cannot
recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and thorough cleaning.

Mary & Marna were wonderful! Always nice, always kind, always work hard to help keep our home looking clean. Purchased the detail clean ahead of baby shower and the two of them were very diligent and detailed as they tackled cleaning interior baseboards, light switches, door knobs, drawer pulls, ceiling fans, and glass-paned office doors, cabinet doors, etc. They even took a butter knife wrapped in Clorox wipes and helped my son & me detail clean the grooves in a wood & glass top cocktail table! They are diligent, conscientious cleaners and not afraid to address the knotty-gritty cleaning needs of their clients. Really appreciate them for always being so willing to help me keep our home clean & sparkling! Thank you so much, Mary & Marna!! You were a huge help! The ladies on the team that comes to my home are great at cleaning. They are cheerful and seem to like working together. They stay on task and finish quickly. The 4 instead of 5 stars is only because there are no English speakers on this team. We communicate through Smart Phone translation or by calling the office.

We have been happily using The Cleaning Authority for nearly 10 years now and I have to say our clean today by Emely and Katy was the absolute best, most thorough so far! Thanks so very much!

Would not recommend. The owner/manager, Ashley was nice and professional, that’s it! The cleaner was over an hour late. Kitchen appliances were never cleaned. The carpets didn’t even looked like they vacuumed. They over charge. Very disappointed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with A-1 a number of times for properties i own around the DMV area when i say EVERYTIME IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The service was fast it was done right and with the most care. If you are looking for a professional unique and well structured company look NO FURTHER!!! A-1 CLEANERS ARE WELL AHEAD OF THE REST

Ashley was very professional throughout the entire process. After I gave her a call she quickly sent me an estimate and we were able to establish a time and date for service. The house was cleaned very well so I’m confident I have a clean slate before moving in. I will definitely be having her back.

Excellent service! My floors had grime and dirty wax build up. A-1 Cleaners did a thorough wash and applied 2 coats of wax bringing the shine back! Definitely recommend
