We looked at different options, everything for stain resistance for pet resistance, colours, textures, padding etc., We ordered for our sitting room and dining room and within a week it was installed. They are family owned and have been around for many, many years which is because of the service and the qualities of product that they have. Highly recommend

Nasty company refuses to honor the contract or take any liability for who they hired. They hired the cheapest labor that barely even spoke English and had no project manager on site and we couldn't communicate effectively with the crew. My vision was ruined. The grout won't dry possibly wasnt mixed right. No one will call us back about it and its been 3 weeks and those we have managed to talk to just pass us around and tell us to shove off. They almost started a small house fire plugging in my appliances and theyre lucky also they still work but everything needs to be evaluated by an electrician bc its not safe to use. They were wet when they were done and by contract theyre responsible for electronics if damage is due to negligence and the fact it says they are responsible for the movement and all handling of the appliances in other words. luckily I suppose it was bad enough to trip the system. They ripped up our tracks instead of doing the work around them and then refuse to cover the replacement of them or new doors to fit the closet opening in one of the rooms. They refused to use any self leveler so the job also is not level and we discussed this with Chris prior to starting the job. The crew refused to do it. One day the crew had us held hostage here for 12 hours and way past business hours with out permission and gentle promts to get going for the day and all so they could get off early at 2 30 or 3 pm on the next day Friday and then only to have to come back and extra day on a Saturday and they didnt ask when it was best for us for them to come back and finish the job either. The grout also isn't level and looks worn down in some places after a better look. They have left us with no answers no solutions and me unable to put my house back together with kids at home. Some family business. Do not take your business here!!! Big mistake! They won't honor anything not business ethics not their own liability not even their very loosely written and short contract! Im sorry to say I have nothing positive to say about this company! You are the general contractor you are responsible for who you subcontract!

We needed to update our flooring prior to putting our home on the market. Choosing carpet and Luxury Vinyl Plank can be overwhelming, but Chris helped us narrow down the choices and we were able to take samples home with us to make the final selection. Both the carpet installers and the flooring installers were very accommodating and did a great job! We are very pleased! Too bad we will only get to enjoy it for a couple of months.

This is 6 months post install fyi, and we’ve had time to fully inspect and experience the job. I ended up going to Mallory floors after my contractor ghosted me and it was probably one of the best things to happen to me in my renovating journey. They had a better selection of types of flooring than all the other places I checked and Ervin was SUPER helpful when breaking down quotes. He was organized and offered to customize the quote however I wanted. He let us take the showroom samples with us and followed up promptly which was such a relief after going through everything prior to Mallory. He didn’t try to influence our choice too much and respected our needs, and when we did ask for his input it was illuminating haha. When we finally decided to order- he got us a quote right on time, a means of financing, and had everything ordered and ready ahead of schedule. The crew came when they were supposed to and did an incredible job. I wasn’t sure initially because we put LVP down on a slab, and it was a little bouncy at first. They assured me that this is to be expected with floating floors especially initially, and we saw them prepping the floor so I knew they did it the right way. Ervin instructed me to take a week or two and see how they settle and then call them with any issues. This was during his follow up an hour after they finished installing. I almost feel bad for being so concerned because now I LOVE my floors so much, they settled and feel incredible. They look beautiful (the trim was also done and covered up some less than ideal spots on my walls), and they are warm and solid. They were so professional and helpful. It was the actual best experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

They arrived when they said they would on day one and were very careful to protect flooring!! I was constantly kept up to speed with what was happening in the attic and what to expect. On day 2, they arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work, again, explaining everything that was going on.

Our yard had been neglected for many years. I asked a neighbor if he could share with us the contact information if her landscaping company, and she instead shared her own neighbors’ info, since she knew they’d be better suited to the challenge. I’ve never been happier with a referral in my life. Menfi and his crew worked tirelessly from sunrise to sunset, for a whole weekend and transformed our front yard to the point that we now realise what treasures we have, in terms of trees and plants. Not only did they clean, trim, re-tarped our flower beds, mulched, but he repositioned some of our existing plants, so that they’ll be able to strive in the spring, without having to fight for light and nutrition with the others. He also power washed the concrete landing in front out our front door, because there were foot prints with mud, and asked if we wanted to fill a big pot hole in our driveway, since we weren’t ready to repave it quite yet.
We are looking forward to more improvements in the springy, Menfi proposed very creative solutions for our backyard, which we can’t wait to make a reality!

We absolutely love our front walkway. Our idea for a stone walk became a work of fine design and excellent craftsmanship. It’s the envy of our neighborhood. Each stone was chosen for color and size variety and fits together like a puzzle. He graded the beautifully curved walk up to the front door sill for a zero-threshold entry and sloped it in a gentle curve away from the house. There have been no cracks over two years. This designer is reasonably priced for the superb quality of design and workmanship. He’s polite, careful, and dependable and will not be rushed so that his work is done for permanence, beauty and quality.

Both my sister and mom had hired Menfi and his crew for masonry projects. When it came time to revamp my driveway, front hardscaping, fencing and pathways...he was my first call, the most responsive and had the best ideas for design. The job The end result was amazing. Exceptional quality work. Beautifully designed curves. Thorough cleanup. Professional and communicative. He was so patient with my indecision and helped me through it - even meeting me at Gomoljack Block to look at and select the materials. He is not the cheapest but I firmly believe excellent quality and worth every penny.
