PE did a fantastic job at handling our insurance claim that resulted in a complete overhaul of our existing sunroom to a beautiful new room with many enhancements. Many thanks to the team to get this done - Todd, Mike, Hollie, Whitney, Danny and his brothers, and the gentlemen who came and resolved the punchlist items (Sorry I forgot their names). Job well done, looking forward to enjoying the space for years to come.

You might pay a bit more, but it's worth it for the quality and peace of mind of knowing the job was done right.

Poor communication. Intallers worked average of 2 half days a week, pushing our expected completion date, months after expected. I complained several times, but that only seemed to make delay times worse. Would not recommend for this type of project.

Ricardo and James did an excellent job building our three-season room! They were professional, efficient and kept us informed on all they were doing. They always kept the work site as neat as possible. When the job was complete they explained to us how it all worked and how to keep it working well. I would highly recommend this team and Patio Enclosures Sunrooms!

We hired Patio Enclosures back in January to put a sunroom addition onto our house. Our salesman was Steve Conrad. We had to work with our HOA to get plans approved. When anything in the plans wasn't acceptable, Patio Enclosures worked with us to get everything approved. Once approved, we waited on our county permit (which of course took several weeks). Upon receiving the permit, Patio Enclosures ordered all of the materials to build the sunroom. When they said they would be here, they were. They worked from 8 am (sometimes earlier) until at least 4 pm on the days worked. From beginning to completion, it took a week and a half. Then the electrician came in to wire the ceiling fan, outside flood lights, and outlets. That took two days. The electrician was excellent! He even put up the ceiling fan we bought and when it didn't have a remote, he got one for us. This experience took some time, but we are more than happy with how it looks!!

Patio Enclosures were the easiest company to work with. They called when they said they would. Kept us informed every step of the way and were professional and reliable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Installers paid close attention to detail, were clean, friendly and hard working.

I was impressed with the sales, service and end result of my sunroom. It was better than expected. It took longer than expected to complete, but this was no control or fault of Patio Enclosures. It took the county longer than expected to approve the specs. After approval it took no time for my sunroom to be built. Love, love it.

We got quotes from a few vendors for upgrading our screen porch and decided to go with Patio Enclosures because of the quality materials and reputation. I was immediately impressed with their teams expertise in taking precise measurements of our existing porch, and timely delivery of materials to our home as projected. The project lead, James, and his team were meticulous with removal old screens, custom cutting and wrapping exposed wood posts and frames, as well as installation of the new sliding screened windows door. Looking to replace our existing deck. Had many deck and sunroom companies to our house. Decided we wanted an all-season sunroom. Between the three companies - Patio Enclosures offered the most and the product felt the best. Catherine Archis, our sales representative was knowledgeable and offered tremendous insight into the process and design of the room. We could tell she had experience with the process - greatly appreciated her tips. We signed the contract in May. Whitney Gischel was our administrative contact with the office. She kept us updated on the ordering, receiving and scheduling of the project throughout the summer. Once project started in August it took 4 weeks with inspections and all. Yun was our carpenter and he takes great pride in his work and it shows. Jon and Ricardo were our installation team; they are a great team and answered all our questions during the build. It was awesome to see how the room came together and you can tell these two are experienced - this isn't their first build. Jon offered great tips for care of the room and screens. Everyone we worked with from Patio Enclosures returned our calls, emails and were timely on the job site. All workers kept the site as neat and tidy as possible - which was greatly appreciated. So far we are very pleased and haven't had any issues.

Ricardo and David did a wonderful job installing my new insulated high performance Comfort-Gard PLUS windows to my backyard addition. When the were done, Ricardo went through how to open/close them which was slightly different from the old windows. He also took the time to show me how to care for them; and left me with the products to do so. The other tho g the left me with was No Mess! If you need upgrades done, go to Patio Enclosures!
