Kenney is the best. Very knowledgeable, professional, timely, and caring. We had a flooded basement to deal with and Kenney came out multiple times to make sure all their equipment was working properly and tweaked things as needed during the drying process. We will always call Rainbow Restoration in the future and will ask for Kenney!

Brandy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond! She answered the many questions I had and was very reliable. They also got an asbestos removal team out quickly, however, there did seem to be some miscommunication between the two companies about what work needed to be done, but everything did get squared away.

Rainbow came recommend by my plummer after a small basement incident. Customer service was great and they came out right away. Mr. Brown who came out to help was extremely professional and took care of things in a courteous and quick fashion. I’ve never dealt with flooding in my home, so this was really our first time having to get into all of this, but this company came and did their thing! I have to give major kudos to Brandy Brown and her new guy, Tony, because they were absolutely amazing! They were here around the clock making sure everything got done correctly, that the job wasn’t a half way job. Brandy was very responsive and came any time we needed and answered any and all questions we had. Also, Larry did an amazing job at cleaning our couch and some of our rugs! These are the ones that stood out most to us. I’m extremely grateful to have been able to have met Brandy and Tony because with all of this madness taking place in my home right now, they have both found a way for my husband and I to find comfort within the chaos. Rainbow International and Staff/Mr. Brown handle my water mitigation in an extremely Professional manner that exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, knowledgeable and explained the extent of my water damage and how they would mitigate it. They kept me informed every step of the way and why they were doing what they proposed.
