When the damage occurred in my place this company came out inspected the damages and assured me that once they received the funds from the HOA they would start work immediately. A week later the HOA cut them a check for $20K and It's been 3 week later and my place has not been completed.

Very polite, very helpful guys. I was able to get all my questions answered regarding the leak that occurred in my home and caused a huge stain on my ceiling. each step was handled perfectly and they included me throughout the entire process. WOULD RECOMMEND.

This contractor was deployed by the HOA without informing us what that they would bill the HOA for $525 for a five minute visit the morning after the emergency. The bill specifically indicates that nothing was done. My husband and I did all the cleanup ourselves. This is fraud and extortion. A complaint was filed with the Attorney General under consumer protections, and also looking into filing a complaint with MHIC. Also looking into getting the property management fired for this stunt.

These people came out as "an emergency" service a day after I called. Charged my HOA $325 to come out for a 15 minute visit and when I found the source of the problem the plumber told me they would be expensive to fix such a small issue and recommended a cheaper option. Yet I still got charged such an excessive amount because "it was logged as an emergency" on their end most likely because they don't get a lot of customers. So many better and more reasonable options out there. Avoid at all costs.

3/5/2020 Update: Owners will say "They tracked and they found" on my comments and try to justify their work because they will hear complaints about this review when in fact they did no such thing. They used my tools, they only found the leak because I found that the water heater was leaking otherwise their technician was ready to leave the premise and order the floor under my apartment to be cut open to find the leak. I paid $325 to learn that you can get better and cheaper service anywhere else. You can learn from my mistake too. If you belong to an HOA make sure you also find out if they work for your neighborhood too because they will upcharge for minor leak inspection.

We have been using the services of North Arundel Contracting for many years. Our experience is that this is a company that wants to keep their clients and goes out of their way to stay in touch and work with them. They are receptive to changes and move to correct any problems that might arise, which are few and far between. They are dependable and pleasant to work with.

I would recommend North Arundel Contracting, Inc. without hesitation! I have worked with this company for more 25 years. They have almost exclusively done all the insurance claim work for all the communities that I manage and have even handled my own insurance claims. They do a great job and are a pleasure to work with.

Great experience! Had my kitchen renovated. Devin and Rob were professional, responsive and competent. All the sub contractors did a great job. Gave me good advice on how to renovate the kitchen. Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely use them again!

We have used this company for a wide variety of cleaning as well as some construction. In every instance Diane has been extremely helpful and quick to help solve every problem I have thrown her way. If there is a leak she's personally there to see that everything is ok. I will continue to use North Arundel Contracting because of the personal service of people like Diane.

These guys have shut off water to our whole building without notice, they do not return calls . Corner cutting and empty promises.
They will come out if that emergency fee is included for a leaking issue. However its been 4 months fighting to get the flooring replaced in my house , and still no resolution.
The receptionist is quite snappy with a dissatisfied customer , and conveniently no one is ever available to speak too.
Be rest assured if other work is needed after a cleanup is a total hassle and waste of time.

Highly recommended! I have been using their services for 15 + years now. Very responsive day hours, after hours emergency and holidays. They are very thorough during their assessment of damages; experts in mold remediation and construction defects. Staff will explain what the plan is and why. They also work very closely with community managers and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing. The office staff works with me to clarify any questions or concerns and they treat you as if you are the only client they have, on a consistent basis.

We had a fire in our building. We chose NAC to be our main remediation contractor to restore our building. They were responsive and quick to prioritize and remediate the things that needed to be done to put us back in order. They were professional and caring for our needs. As you can imagine, this was a difficult time for our residents and NAC made it as easy as possible to get us back together. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this group to take care of you reconstruction needs whether it be fire or general contracting.

Frank is awesome! The main pipe in my community caused leaks into several homes. My kitchen flooded and my floors have to be completely redone. He came right out and was on time. He explained everything to me each step of the way, really took care of me, and gave me his number to call if I have any questions or anything pops up. Super thorough work and I highly recommend him!
