We needed our fence replaced and Petra saved the day! They were prompt, neat, explained the process and pricing perfectly. They also completed the work ahead of schedule which is almost unheard of in this business. 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

Matt and his crew from Petra Contractors were top notch from start to finish! They completed the job on a timely manner and did a fabulous job! Communication was never a problem always kept me up-to-date.

The Petra team did a superior job on our kitchen remodel from the estimation and initial advice (Keith) about our kitchen project which included tearing down an entire wall thorough the last step of hooking up our ice maker for our refrigerator. It was a delight to work with Brad, our excellent project manager, and our wonderful team of professional builders and skilled craftsmen. Efficient and always on time, all subcontractors were friendly, helpful, and cleaned up after each day’s work. We could not be happier with the speed of the project and final results. Special thanks go out to Juan and his team for the tear down and beautiful carpentry, Hank with the plumbing, Steve’s creative HVC work, Jeff’s electrical work, and Absolute Kitchens for our lovely cabinets.

Petra is renown to have great ownership and awesome employees. I needed a whole section of fence repaired when I was selling my home, and Petra came out and put in a whole new section of fence is just a few days. They even repaired another fallen section that I didn't bring up! I definitely will be going with them with any home repairs or remodeled that I have in the future.

Mark Carder was our Contract lead, and he made the whole process as painless as possible!! He was extremely friendly, worked with us on what we needed done in conjunction with our insurance and his people did quality work! We needed our sub flooring replaced due to water damage, and i thought it was going to be a nightmare. But, Mark and Petra did a wonderful job!

During natural disasters, you want to know your contractors can be trusted. Within an hour of a tree falling into our home, Petra was there and served us with care and professionalism until the job was done. Dave was an exemplary project manager, lending is expertise in the most patient and caring way. His guidance in everything from dealing with the insurance company to subcontractors made a horrible situation bearable. I’d recommend Petra again!

We had a fire! We put our trust in Matt Groves from Petra. He was a G-d sent! He knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked with us and in our budget. He had some awesome suggestions for "important" upgrades which were necessary but always mindful of not wasting any money.
I would go with Matt and Petra for my next job in a heart beat. I am speaking from my heart! Matt is a really cool guy!

Petra handled all the details of getting my home repaired after a flood. They worked with the insurance company to ensure I was made whole by getting my home repaired properly and quickly. They were great to work with and flexible as we took the opportunity to change the layout and scope of work. I would highly recommend this company!

We had Petra Contracting update bathrooms, enclose a porch and make other improvements to bring our 1970 home into the 21C!

It took longer than I thought to get the full estimate, but we waited our turn as they were heavily booked. It was worth the wait.
Matt, our amazing project manager, somehow wove a program of when their very good subs would be coming. He kept me informed about who to expect and when. The minuet of scheduling necessary work was carefully done and very much appreciated.

The contracting services from Petra were excellent. Our project manager Mark Carder was friendly, available, professional, and helpful. The various subcontractors that they arranged for our project (roofing, painting, flooring, and packing) were each excellent.The project actually took LESS time than we had anticipated and was done beautifully. Most of the project was related to damage to the house in a storm, and Petra worked very hard to secure insurance coverage from our homeowner’s insurance, applying for supplements when additional needs were discovered. We added a couple of extra small jobs of our own, ontop of the work to repair the damage and the subcontractors executed that beautifully as well. Prices were all reasonable and fair. We will return to the excellent contracting services of Petra for any future project in our home!

Matt groves and his crews at Petra do excellent work. He coordinated with the electric and cable companies to expedite putting up a new pole after it had been knocked down by a tree. They needed all of the wire issues solved before they could put a whole new roof on my garage (a large two story, two car building).

The carpenters, roofers, gutter folks, and painters all did great work.

Matt was at expert at coordinating it all, and working directly with the insurance company about fluxuations in cost and the job. Five stars to Petra!

Duane with Petra Contractors, Inc was wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the products we were interest in (roofing, siding, gutters etc) and took the time to explain them to me. He answered our questions promptly and kept us informed on dates of all work to be done. He was incredibly patient with me while I selected siding. We highly recommend Duane and Petra Contractors, Inc for any home improvement you my have that they handle.

Incredible company, amazing people. Our house was rendered nearly unlivable after a furnace mishap and Petra has made a nightmare situation so much better. They have been extremely communicative since the insurance claim was opened. I have never once had to call to ask for anything; they worked quickly, efficiently and intuitively. They communicated with the insurance company and planned everything out and came to me with specific plans that accommodated our needs. Every member of their team from management, cleaning techs and estimators has been WONDERFUL, kind, professional and considerate. Very grateful to them and would highly recommend.

This summer we had our home flooded. Petra worked with our insurance company to repair our damaged home. Their work was thorough, concise, and their employees dependable. Recently during a pretty bad storm we had trees fall on our roof which caused quite a bit of damage. I was referred to Petra. Kyle, Adam and their crew were great. Our home was hit by a tornado in 2024. Over 200,000 dollars in damage occurred. Our insurance company recommended we use Petra for the repairs. What a professional and honest company we had the blessing to work with. Petra stayed on top of the work , returned and acknowledged all our phone calls, and we resolved matters together without contention and aggravation. These days working with people like that can make a devastating matter so much easier to maneuver through. We would highly recommend you check them out and see for yourself.

Petra was recommended by my insurance company and their advice was solid. Keith came by shortly after I submitted my insurance claim and performed a quick but thorough assessment of what work would be needed. He took time to explain the work to be done and how the process would go. I was impressed enough that I asked him to quote additional work that we needed done. Mark picked up from there and worked with me to schedule when the team would come in to do the work. He was extremely patient and helpful as we worked the schedule around our vacation and holidays. Tom and his crew came in and made very quick work of the demolition, construction and painting. The completed work was spot on - everything looked better than it had in years - needless to say we are happy with everything from beginning to end. I highly recommend Petra for their professionalism, quality of work and speed. They are top of my list should I need any future work.
