Anyone in need of a plumber, I highly recommend Mister Plumber & Son. They are very reliable, reasonable and do great work. I have had them to my house 2 times and have been very satisfied both times!

This company is fast friendly and FAIR!!! Cheapest quote I recieved and the fastest company to come out. For a small family business they really deserve more recoginition for the hard work and dedication. Went in this morning August 11 to get copper and brass fitting, and the women at counter was very short and cocky with her words !!! So we walked out did buy anything!! Went to depot and got what we needed!!

Thomas Somerville Company has closed their showroom at this location but they continue to operate their store. A vast majority of the customers are likely commercial plumbers and such but their doors are still open to the public for purchases. Since there is no showroom or even a store floor, you'll need to know what you want going in. But if you do, you will certainly save money. If it's a larger item, such as a toilet, call ahead to be certain they have it or can ship it from their distribution center before you go there.

I was looking for a toilet and had decided on the brand/model I wanted. The local big box stores carried the brand but not the model. I called this Thos. Somerville location and asked for what I wanted and they shipped it from their distribution center to this store the next day. When I picked it up, I added the necessary accessories (wax ring, seat, bolts) and I was off to the races.

The price for the toilet was about 68% of the list price on the mfg website - a huge savings. And it was less expensive than the cheaper models at the big box stores and much less expensive than vendors selling it on Amazon - plus it's easier to deal with a local vendor.

So do your homework - check Amazon, check the mfgs websites, and go to the big box stores to determine what you want. But before you buy, give this place a call and see if they can get it for you. You may have to wait an extra day but the savings will likely make that wait worthwhile.

Samantha is the greatest counter girl in the area. She's literally part plumber. Can't tell you how many times. She has corrected my order. Because of me choosing the wrong material it's really nice to have. Counter personnel they can look out for you like that.

Tim, owner of Prime, sent Garrett, Jake, and Eric out to replace my sewer and water lines - over 100 feet! They did an incredible job. Arrived shortly after the sun rose and did not leave until the job was done (about an hour after the sun set). Their professionalism and care were evident throughout the day. Not to mention that it snowed almost all damned day! They did as little digging to my yard as possible, working hard to sleeve a 4" PVC into the 6" clay that was over 50 years old and breaking apart. They skillfully navigated their earth mover around my sloped yard and carefully around my deck. Not only did they do no damage, but they wiped down my deck banister, and put the dirt back with such care that it's graded better now than it was before! They brought my inside pipe up to code with 1" copper, including a back flow preventer, pressure relief valve, and new overflow tank on the water heater. They laid grass seed and straw in the dark. I can't thank these guys enough for the incredible hard work they did and the obvious pride they take in their work.

I highly recommend Prime Plumbing for any major plumbing needs. Dealing with a sewage line replacement in our main home was incredibly stressful, but the team made the entire process manageable and seamless.
From the initial call, their response time was prompt. Garrett and the team arrived on time, was extremely professional, and patiently explained the issue using a camera inspection to show us the damage. They provided a detailed, transparent estimate with no hidden fees, clearly breaking down the labor, materials, and the value of a long-term solution.
The team worked efficiently to minimize disruption to our property, and I was impressed with how clean they left the work area after completion. The communication throughout the project was excellent, with regular updates on their progress.

Had a backed up main drain this morning, New Years day! Called in at 930am and Ibrahim was at my house by 11. He did a great job, worked very clean and professionally. Got the main cleared and wrapped up pretty quickly. First time using Prime but i was very pleased with the response and service. Will use again.

My wife and were very pleased with the service provided by David Sizemore. He was friendly and explained the different aspects of the job at hand and possible outcomes ( clearing a backed up main ). He was forthright concerning the job and pricing. I would definitely use this company again and recomend them to others.

After Jayson's call, he came by as promised. Led him to upstairs hall bath, showed him the sink, where I had taken down the outer pipes. He went to work w/his neat machine, and w/in about 20 minutes, was done. Yea, the sink worked. Paid the bill w/my credit card, thanked him for his professional help.
