We had two plumbers from Prime Plumbing at our home over the past two days, and they were outstanding! Ernie and Hayleigh were on time, communicated clearly, and kept us informed throughout the work. They let us know when they were taking lunch and gave advance notice anytime they needed to shut off the water or gas, which we really appreciated.

They clearly take pride in their work and in providing options, which matters a lot in our 95-year-old home where surprises and challenges are common. They wore clean foot coverings every time they entered and left each work areas spotless. We also appreciated that they proactively pointed out other plumbing issues, explained them clearly, and asked if we wanted them addressed, without ever being pushy. One example was our main bathroom sink, which they noticed, explained, and fixed the same day. There is no more unpleasant drain smell!

Ernie and Hayleigh were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Our dog loved them too! We hope to get them again the next time we call Prime Plumbing, and after this experience, we would not consider calling any other company. Thank you, Ernie and Hayleigh!

My father recently had plumbing work completed by Ron and his apprentice after first receiving a very poor estimate and experience from another company, and the difference was night and day. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the work went above and beyond what was expected.

My father is extremely difficult to please, and he has not stopped talking about how impressed he was. Ron and his apprentice completed the work efficiently, kept him informed throughout the entire process, and took the time to do everything right. Even the staff on the phone were friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience that much better.

Paul came out to our house today. He was very professional. Worked my husband and I through the services he was providing. Those services were main value shut off valve, sump pump replaced replaced installed a standard sump pump, inspected toilet filled valve and flapper which he replaced, and the removal and replacement of angle stop valve.

His service met all our exceptions. I would recommend him for future services.

Let me first point out the plumber was very professional and respecting as well knowledgeable of the best resolution for my problem. His craftsmanship was top notch. Now it wasn’t so much the cost at the start of the job but after he assembled all the piping he found the plumbing was clogged. Which I did share with him initially when he arrived. It was the problem that got me into my bigger problem. But after assembling all the pipes he identified it was still clogged and told me it will need to be snaked. He also identified the drain basket was old and leaking and needed to be replaced as well. I’m already in for over $900.00 before fixing the clogged pipe and installing a new drain basket. He quoted me an additional $700.00 for the add on work. I couldn’t do both. I had to go with the snake and that was still $400. Now I get it if I request a service call just to have a line snaked at that price but you’re onsite doing a bigger job already. How about a little professional courtesy. You know that thing you remember down the road that makes you say, oh yeh that company was really good to me and gave me a break on some cost just so I seek their service again or refer my friends and family to. In the end parts and materials couldn’t have been more then $100-$125 tops. Time to do everything 2 hours and 20 minutes. Total cost over $1400. That’s roughly $550/hr in what I must assume is labor. Again, very good craftsmanship by the servicemen. I at least appreciate his work.

We recently moved to an older home and needed to modernize our shut off valves for the main line into the home and for a hose bib. Also, added a pressure-reducing valve. Our plumbers, Ernie & Hailey were patient, thorough and efficient with the difficulties and quirks of an older home. They took their time to do the work correctly & to test everything afterwards. We are very grateful for their excellent work. Future water problems have been avoided in these areas. Highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Prime Plumbing. I got quotes from a few other companies, and they were all about $3,000 higher than Prime’s estimate. I even reached out to see if the others could match Prime’s price — and when they agreed, I knew Prime’s quote was fair and accurate.

Tim was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also understood my financial situation, especially since I had already spent money repairing the inside pipe. He knew fixing the outside section was not optional and made the process stress-free.

If you ever have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend giving them a call. You’ll be a happy customer and won’t feel overcharged.

Tim at Prime got me out of a bad situation. His team worked carefully and hard to complete the project. I had a total sewer line replacement and there were obstacles for Tim and Prime, but they kept me aware of the situation and rerouted everything as to not damage my porch. I am in a high water table area with broken clay, lots of sand and silt...but they reworked everything and I would not only endorse them but I would use them again in a heartbeat. Tim was honest and upfront with me. I couldn't have asked for more. I think these photos speak for themselves. I could add more but this was a difficult project and they more than met my expectations!

Sam L. and Dominique F were very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns regarding the toilet repair/pipe repair and addressed the issue. Also, they made a recommendation regarding replacing water heater. The clean up was outstanding. Thank you.

Additionally, they returned a couple of days later for the water heater installation. I appreciate the workmanship and the finished work showed how meticulously they were. Definitely, a five star rating. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my our other Tech person but appreciate the work of both individuals (Team effort).

(PRIME PLUMBING LLC) Man oh man 💣 You all were BEYOND EXCELLENT!!! Called them around 8:40 AM… They showed up about 9:25/ :30 at latest. I had Jason Slade and he handled everything ACCORDINGLY AND WITH ACCURACY unknown to man lol but seriously Jason was beyond impeccable and would recommend to anyone! Finished within 3 hours for a flushing paper towels job that was all my fault but they assured me they’d deliver and deliver they did so if I could give more than 5 starts I would… 👍🏾 and also TIM the camera man was very nice and helpful and did a wonderful job as well explaining his role and doing it so 10 out of 5! Dave was friendly and got my stuck tub spout removed immediately, trimmed the copper pipe correctly and had the new spout installed in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely call this place again for plumbing needs. So glad to have my shower back!

Prime Plumbing replaced our water main and did a fantastic job. The entire process was very easy. When they came out for the initial appointment they provided a quote and even offered convenient payment options. Once the contract was signed they scheduled the appointment. They did call the morning of the appointment to let us know they would need to reschedule for the following day, which was not an issue at all. When they arrive they explained what they would be doing, how they would do it, and provided updates along the way. The job was complete in a few hours. I had a great experience with Prime, Ernie came out originally and figured out what needed to be done. We agreed to the work and scheduling was a breeze. On install day Ernie and Casie Jones showed up were very polite, knowledgeable, quick and most importantly very nice to my old dog. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the changes. I would recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone looking for professional quality work.

Rob provided excellent service. I needed a new water maker shut-off valve installed. Rob evaluated the situation and provided me with solutions. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Rob also provided me with knowledge about my home and gave me some ideas and suggestions. Very satisfied.

Rob Richter from Prime Plumbing came to install our dishwasher when Home Depot bailed on us due to finding (older style) push pull valves under our sink. Rob came and upgraded all our valves for the price of one and then installed our dishwasher. He also hauled our old dishwasher away for no extra charge! Rob stayed with us for several hours making sure the fitting was correct, checked for leaks, and even helped sus out some pressure problems in the house on his own time. He taught me about the new valves and how to problem solve pressure issues in the future. We offered him pizza and coffee not only because he was working hard but he did so on Xmas eve. I reached out to Prime Plumbing several years ago to have my hot water heater moved to accommodate waterproofing installation in my basement. The man that came out was quick and very respectful and the price was reasonable.

When I had a very minor plumbing problem (moving an outdoor hose bib to accommodate deck steps), reaching out to Prime plumbing was a no-brainer. The man that came out saw the issue and jumped to a solution... extending a pipe from my basement. The pipe was brought up to an external wall (which I later found out was against MD code) and was also not properly insulated. He also removed a frost proof hose bib and replaced it with a regular hose bib. He put a ridiculous wall patch and went on and on about his side hustle to make more money (buying and renting out properties in Africa).

It only took less than two years for the pipe to fail and cause significant damage to my main and lower levels of my home. I reached out to Prime to rectify the issue. The woman that answered was incredibly rude. I came home to the water damage and was in shock as I was trying to explain the damage that I was seeing. She was very curt and insinuated the pipe bursting was my own fault. How?!? She set up for someone to come out the next day. He was equally as rude. He quoted a completely ridiculous number for the repair and reiterated that I was the cause of the water damage. My friend had a pipe burst and was quoted $300 less than what he was quoting me.

The pipe that was installed by Prime caused the water damage to my home and they continue to deny any fault. I've attached photos that show the hose bib that they moved, the patch he installed after he cut a hole in my wall and the subsequent water damage after the pipe burst. I also attached a photo showing there was insulation around the pipe, but the pipe should have never been ran to an external wall.

Please do your due diligence before reaching out to this company. Len the Plumber rectified Prime's mistakes and were much more knowledgeable and respectful.

Nick came out at the last minute when no other plumber was willing to come out at such a short notice. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any issues.. He was very professional and I appreciated his honesty.
