We were referred to Prime Plumbing by Garrett, and I’m so glad we reached out. Tom, the owner, personally called to introduce himself and understand the plumbing issue we were experiencing at one of our office locations. Shortly after, Tim (the estimator) called, introduced himself, and was onsite quickly to scope the sewer line. He kept me informed every step of the way and was professional, friendly, and thorough. The communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. We will absolutely use Prime Plumbing again for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Sam came to my house to install a new water heater. I needed a new one for some time , I was informed by Sam during an install of a new refrigerator/freezer. Sam gave me insight on what I would need during the install of the water heater at that time . I Couldn’t wait until I got on his schedule . Which was a treat He came in fully prepared and he started to dismantle and remove the older water heater , he started with the install on the brand new water heater he checked all of his work , everything looked fantastic, and worked perfectly He cleaned up everything very well. He gave me some insight on the Moen smart mater monitor , so I had him to install that too. That is a a great investment. Service was 5 Star. Everything went well.

Called Prime bc my washer was giving a water isn’t filling error and I tried everything the internet suggested before i called.

I believe this company charges WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this service- so I will never call them again- my service professional, Ibrahim was awesome all the stars are for him. He was knowledgeable, and professional, clean, courteous and very patient. He fixed my washer on Dec 23rd. Ibrahim was awesome.

It's taken me a while to write a review with two young kids- but i wanted to make sure i shared what a wonderful experience we had using Prime Plumbing. We had a sewer line back up in our basement (yuck) and i had multiple plumbers come out and give quotes on digging up and replacing our old copper sewer line with pvc. Tim impressed me from day 1 and stood out amongst the others with his confidence and expertise in what our options were, what to expect from the whole process, etc. They dug up our lawn (8 ft deep, approx 40 ft long) and i am so happy with how they managed to put it all back together. I can't take a current picture of it now because our yard is covered with snow, but 2 months later you'd hardly be able to tell we had a trench dug up. We were quoted around the same price by another company who said they would need to tear out our retaining brick wall and also said they'd leave piles of dirt, and that the grass seed/hay would cost extra!! Also, Prime managed to get this all done in 1 day. Not to mention, we got to keep our beautiful maple tree! This is the only tree in our yard and our kids love swinging on it so while i was ready to give it up if need be, i was going to be a little devastated. Only a few days after my initial consultation with Tim, we had a brand new sewer line! We are so happy we found a good, reliable & trustworthy company to make us feel better about forking over a pretty penny on a hidden (but very crucial) repair. Thank you Prime Plumbing!

Prime Plumbing was excellent. They came out within a day to look at our issue and give us a quote. They were also able to get someone here the next day to fix our plumbing issue which was on Christmas Eve. Definitely would use their services again. Fast and friendly

Rob and Corbin did an outstanding job. They walk through what needed to be replaced in detail. They both were very professional and made sure everything was working correctly before cleaning up the materials they used for the job. Rob and Corbin went above and beyond what I expected.

Would recommend Prime Plumbing and use them in the future.

Jason was wonderful! Cleared the clog and had us back up and running in no time. Appreciate Prime coming out same day versus having to wait 3-4 days without using the kitchen sink or upstairs showers…like other plumbing companies would have.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech (I think it was Steve) came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future!

Excellent family owned business that our commercial and residential entities have had the privilege to work with now for over ten years. The team that does the work is professional and competent. The difference in good contractors and really good contractors is generally defined by how they handle the unusual or out of ordinary situation or problem. Prime has a way of always handling any out of the norm situation quickly and professionally. We have had several instances where the job turned out to be more than any of us expected. Without missing a beat the Prime team reacted and addressed the totally out of the ordinary situation. When the repair or installation is totally ordinary there are never surprises. When we use them for a repair to a main line 10 feet deep that is 50 years old you really never know what you will run into. The difference with these guys is they have the people to do the ordinary and a lot of experience that helps them when they run into the not so ordinary situation. We use them because they always come thru in a timely fashion. Good people generally lead to good results

Prime Plumbing was the first company I chose when going online. And even though you don't know what to expect, I took a chance and it worked out great. My technician Wilfredo did a excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
He was done rather quick as well, which is always good. If all the techs are like Wilfredo, I highly recommend this company.

Just wanted to thank each and every person who helped two scared seniors get their 90 year old house's plumbing back on track. The job they worked on was a formidable one, but they were absolutely amazing! Also, the people at Prime Plumbing knew my sister had just passed away a day before this all happened and we were dealing with grief, so they expedited everything and also sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers in honor her...The Andersons

Rob was fantastic with putting in my new water heater. He was 100/100. He was so polite, patient with explaining things to me and walked me through a lot on how to maintain a water heater. Never had to deal with one until today. He was fantastic and is a great asset to the company. Keep up the good work! You rock and and are awesome.

Dave Sizemore was excellent from start to finish on a major job - whole house hot/water pipe installation to reroute via attic. He is knowledgeable and professional, and he explained every step of the job in detail.
Hailey Boyce, was his apprentice. They made a great team. Very pleased with the completed work on such a major project.

Corbin and Dominique arrived early and did a perfect job. They found an additional existing problem and called it in to their office and fixed it. They went to the store multiple times to fix the problem. They stayed until past 9:30 pm to fix each and every problem. They kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended using this company for any needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Ernie and Hailey! I hired them to install a new toilet, and they turned what is usually a mundane maintenance appointment into a genuinely great experience.
From the moment they arrived, the service was top-tier. They were incredibly professional and got the installation done flawlessly, but what really stood out was their attitude. They were sociable, friendly, and you could tell they actually have fun on the job. They have a great dynamic and brought such positive energy into my home while working.
It is rare to find a team that combines expert workmanship with such a great "vibe."

Bryan Reece came through with a really great solution to a complicated problem! Since buying my 100-year-old house, I’ve had so many plumbing issues. The sub-freezing temps led to frozen pipes, but the issue was only in one bathroom. I had JUST done some renovations in my kitchen and the affected bathroom, so he found a creative solution that didn’t require cutting into my drywall (that was just installed and painted four months ago)! I am so grateful that he’s the plumber that came! He also replaced my water heater and brought it up to code nearly a year ago. He did a fantastic job! And I was ready to breakdown and cry less than 24 hours ago. What a difference a day makes!! Prime has really helped me out since I took the plunge into homeownership. And they’ve helped me navigate the awful, HACK plumbing job the previous owner left me with. Thank you, Bryan! 🙏🏾

The technician did a great job. He was very friendly and personable. He identified the problem, provided me with a range of solutions and suggested the most efficient and effective solution available. He was in and out quickly and cleaned up any mess. I would use Prime Plumbing again in the future.
