The service man even taught me about the boiler in my new home even though that wasn't what he was there for. I recommend to everyone.

Ashley in the office was very friendly and personable and quick to respond. Every time I spoke with Dave regarding scheduling and inspecting the ductwork he was responsive and professional. Mike actually came out to do the service on both of our units and on inspection of the ducts located a couple of areas which were separated and leaked so they were repaired while he was there without a service trip. Great service and greatly appreciated! Will definitely use them again!

Dylan was amazing! He explained my options to me over the phone in an attempt to save me from having to come out on a Sunday. It was determined after some phone diagnostics that the unit would require in-person repair. He arrived at my home in just 15-2@ minutes and got the ac running again in less than an hour. Polite, informative and courteous. Manny was the next to visit and install a Runtal towel heater. He is efficient and pleasant. It was his first experience with this type of installation (4 pegs which mount to the wall instead of wall brackets). He does fine.

To my surprise, a technician was sent out that same day. The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and got my AC back up and working in no-time. Their professionalism and efficiency was greatly appreciated. USA HVAC Services are the most reliable HVAC service provider!

Ryan came out and fixed our Master Cool Swamp. He climbed up to the roof and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a tripped breaker. Since the warranty covered it, he replaced the newly installed pump at no charge. We asked if it was possible to install an automatic digital AC Controller. Ryan promised to find out the price and let us have it. He called us the next day with a price. He was honest about the possible problems with the cooler's electrical system. Ryan was polite and friendly. He did the work quickly.

The company we hired came today. It was a SUNDAY, not only a weekend but the technician Brayan also arrived earlier than scheduled. He was quick, informative, and very clean. He was able fix my AC unit faster than I anticipated. I would recommend the company and technician to anyone in need or looking for an AC company that is great! !

Carrier's finest equipment is made in the USA! They had to start from scratch with us , So we had new ductwork, furnace equipment and a high efficiency condenser installed for a complete system....They are clean, courteous and highly professional....Highly recommend!! !

Calling late at night, I was able speak with someone to schedule an appointment. They arrived as promised the following morning. The prompt response was greatly appreciated, as this was during an extreme heat wave of 100 degrees. I was grateful for the text letting me know that they would be on their way in 30 minutes. They were able to diagnose and fix my AC problem quickly, while also giving me tips on how I can prevent it from happening again in the future. Excellent service! Highly recommend.
