I thought the pricing was high and would have liked to have had more time in order to obtain additional quotes. I wish that there was an option for a 24-month interest-free financing. This AMAZING company was contacted when the air conditioner in our rental property stopped working. Our renters had young children, so we needed a rapid response. We were given a same-day appointment. Mike was on time. At first it was thought that the unit worked again, and he offered a service fee waiver. We decided to ask him to inspect the unit. He was knowledgeable and professional. His motto was "If its' not broken, don't repair it!" He watched the motor for 30 mins after turning on the unit. He made a special trip the next day to get the part, as it was not something he usually carried in the truck. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. No high-pressure sales pitch, just honest and reasonable repairs done with a big smile. Just saved his information on my phone!

The owner of this company is a friend of mine from church. I contacted them at 9am to report that my AC was not working. The lady answering the phone was extremely nice. She took all my details and made sure that a tech would be there 2 hours after calling. JaMikell, the technician who arrived with another gentleman was just as friendly. Both of them informed me about what they were working on. JaMikell was a dog lover, and he loved my dog while he was taking my payment. I was worried that I would have to pay someone to come and service my unit, because I'd heard horror stories. I couldn't have asked for better service! Service was quick, prices were reasonable, and the staff was just wonderful. They are the best! I will be recommending them all my friends and family.
