The manager that helped me from the sales department made me look like a hero to my family. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the exact capacitor I need to replace.

This deserves a 0 star rating!!!

Employees of this hvac location are rude and were unhelpful. They didn’t offer to help me when I walked in the store and just stared when I walked into the store.

I was sent from NASA Goddard to pick up a product that we were told this location had. This product was supposed to be pre-paid for by our resource analyst.

When I got there and approached the staring personnel and initiated the coversation with one of the individuals that were obviously not busy doing anything else. I explained to him the product I was picking up and that it was supposed to be pulled for us to pick up. He grabs the stuff off the table behind me saying this is what you want but it’s not paid for. I showed him the email I received gave him bin numbers and the name of our resource analyst and he said it wasn’t paid for and continued to tell me we don’t have an account with them that it’s impossible for it to be pre-paid for. Even without an account he was willing to take a credit card payment from my management over the phone so there is no reason they could not have taken payment from our resource analyst and set the product aside. I felt like all these individuals wanted were to get me out of their store and I did not feel welcome there.

Looking at the product he gave me while trying to sort this all out I ended up leaving empty handed because the product he gave me Airseal Zero was not what we called about. We called about Airseal 22 which is not the same product!

NASA will not be doing business with Ferguson and all others outside of NASA my team and I encounter I will encourage they take their business elsewhere.

This place sucks poor customer service. I went to deliver on time, but the guy work on me, he starts unloading and stop at the middle. When I went inside ask him if am done, he was doing other job. He reply me "I'm doing both job so wait another 1 hrs" I keep waiting waiting but finally after such long waiting I got off that place. Never come back again to this place.

People in here are very rude,and not professional.
I was doing delivery to this place, and I was seating here for 34 hours.
First day they told me to come next morning 8.00 am because they don't have time for me.
Next morning they was sending all their trucks and even after my truck was untouched.
When I go to the manager. He told me that I have to option to fu**** live the please or to wait in the truck.
And I'm waiting for 8 hours already.
I will try also to post a video how rude they are,and how everyone just sitting, talking and smoking.

They want to work in general. Even if they arrive on time, they will tell you to wait, in short, a very bad organization. Dear truck drivers, if possible, do not take your cargo here, it will waste your time and your life. They behave very rudely. I honestly don't know what to say to such people.

Ferguson HVAC in Halethorpe is absolutely top-notch! Bethany Pinter, Erin Hawkins, Ashlee Richards, and Nick Geis are an incredible team who truly set the bar for excellent customer service. They are always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to be helpful. One of the best parts is they actually answer their phones every time, which is a rarity these days. Whether I need assistance with an order or advice, they are always on point and make the process seamless. If you’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused supply house, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Need more sales associates behind the counter. 2 guys aint gonna cut it. Techs shouldnt have to wait for 15-20mins just to be seen next. Hire more guys or shift more guys to am shift when techs are coming in.

I delivered here. They have 3 to 4 different departments in the same building. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out where to go due to the lack of signage. Someone else has complained about the same issue but I don’t think they care since nothing has been done to fix it.
