RUINED OUR RUG. Don't use their services. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We chose Hydro Clean to clean our very expensive rug based on their good reviews, and it is now completely shredded. When they first brought it back to us, mold had developed on one end of the rug, presumably because they did not dry it completely before rolling it back up and returning it.
They eventually agreed to try and clean the rug again, and it took us months of calling and emailing numerous times to finally get it back. It is now falling apart and is completely useless.
We have tried numerous times to communicate with management about compensation for the ruined rug, but have not been able to get a hold of them.
This was one of the first purchases that we made for our first home, and we are incredibly disappointed.

Beyond ecstatic with the job they did! My technician Dave was so nice and professional and very helpful! He came in and made my house look and smell brand new (and it was in need of some major help!) all within an hour. He even helped lighten up a stain left by my husband when he dropped an espresso dark wood stain paint brush on our white carpet about a month ago. Needless to say I would highly recommend! Also this picture doesn’t even do it justice… so worth it!!!

They did a fantastic job. They arrived early and set the necessary expectations. They went above and beyond and I could not be happier!! Would use them again if I ever have to.

The service man was very easy to work with - and even stayed to clean two additional carpets that were not part of the original job. He seemed knowledgeable and was able to give cost quotes on the spot.

Tyrone of Hydro Clean came to clean the ceramic tile and grout in my kitchen, dining room and powder room. He was pleasant and hardworking. He did a wonderful job!! Very pleased!!

Service was good. My complaint is that the price I was quoted over the phone kept increasing when the service technician walked through. He added an extra fee of $4 per stair step and $26 per urine spot he discovered with a UV light. None of this was explained when I called for the estimate.

Hydro Clean did a wonderful job of cleaning an area rug that was soiled from a dog accident. Albin was so professional and was lovely to work with. He was detailed oriented and did a fabulous job explaining the process. Highly recommend!

A very polite young man was right on schedule. He cleaned two chairs and took out area rug back to their shop to have it cleaned in a special process. It will be guaranteed to stay clean for a year. If we see any spots or anything, that’s on it, they will come out and get them out for free.

When my carpet was returned, a new carpet pad was included, unexpected, I didn’t know that was going to happen. Makes the carpet very comfortable to walk on.

The professionalism shown from the initial inquiry with a Wanda the customer service rep as well as Paige, to Devin the technician that gave estimates for the project, to James and David the two technicians that did the actual assignment, was exemplary and what made it even better was personable manner of everyone. The elimination of the past odor from past tenant was very noticeable the minute the job was almost completed. The look of the carpet, though still damp as it was just completed, is soo much better than the state is was left in. James and David did a fabulous job. This was a great value for the cost and I couldn’t ask for better.

Jason and partner arrived on time at my house. Jason explained what is to done.The ducts cleaning was carried out professionally. I am satisfied with the cleaning. No mess was found around the vents areas. They cleaned up after the completion of the job.

Albin and Markus were awesome! They were super professional and did a phenomenal job cleaning my dining room chairs. Even the chair that had Peach/Mango soda wasn’t a challenge for them. Thank you so much! I will definitely use hydro clean again.

I can't rave enough about Hydro-Clean! They are knowledgeable--offering their expertise and insights to help wherever possible. From scheduling to their technicians they're the best. My company has used them several times and will continue to in the future.

The team did not clean up the debris from the ceiling tiles on the floor in the basement. They left the items we pulled out for them to access the furnace in the room without putting them back. I left a 10% tip (over $100) and now I wonder if I shouldn’t have done that

I had my ductwork cleaned. The two gentlemen that came we friendly and professional. They showed me the before and after of the ductwork and it was a night/ day difference.

The first clean was done in a hurry and not done well. I contacted the office within 2 days. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks and multiple emails to have the issue addressed. A second technician who really took his time and did a fantastic job. I wish he had come first time around. If I were only evaluating only his work I would definitely have given five stars. But the first job was done poorly and the response from the office was not timely..

This was a repeat visit as there was a spot that reappeared after the original cleaning. I am delighted to say that there was absolutely no hesitation when I asked for an additional treatment. The technician was pleasant and throurough and even gave me a bottle of stain remover! My fingers are crossed that this will work. What a professional group you all are!

Had some pet stains on 2 area rugs. Was expecting this to cost more than the value of the rugs. Hydro Clean cleaned both of them and now they look brand new. Very reasonable price, quick turnaround, and the employee that helped me could not have been nicer.
