I live in a community and we set up a mass cleaning of vents: it was great to hear that many took advantage of their service. The service was fast and thorough and we are happy they came out to assist the community, especially for the safety aspect of maintaining clean vents. Thank you guys!

The folks at HydroClean came today to do a basic cleaning service on the ducts in my home. Their representatives gave me advance notice when they were on the way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and we were able to ask questions and we received updates throughout the process. I could tell an immediate difference with the air quality in the home before they were even finished. They went above and beyond to provide this service with a smile and we will happily have them back for any future needs we have.

I used this carpet cleaner for the first time, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed! From my initial contact with the office to the end of cleaning, this company is professional all around. They're knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and punctual. Highly recommend!

So far a friendly and capable gentleman visited our home to pick up a rug to be cleaned. That was done very well.

We had a large sofa and love seat cleaned and deodorized. The young man who completed the work was great, efficient and polite and helped us know exactly what he was doing.

Pleasant phone encounter, detailed estimate, prompt and polite tech who called when on the way and worked efficiently. After we left we realized that he forgot to open basement door in the kitchen, leaving a door width/depth area of the tile uncleaned, but otherwise the job was done well. The grout in the kitchen/foyer cleaned up better than I thought it would, and the powder room floor ( about 20 years old) looks new! We also had the carpeted stairs cleaned and they look very nice. I would use this company again.

My tech, James, was spectacular; he was on time, was ultra polite & professional. He worked tirelessly, but I feel as though the (lightly colored) carpets ended up revealing stains and worn down paths, if you will, that weren't visible prior to the carpet cleaning job. In any event, this is why I didnt give 5 Stars...the apparatus or shampoo might not be the best; we've had these carpets cleaned better in the past. But again, the human tech was outstanding.

First, let's begin with the office staff at Hydro Clean who were super pleasant and professional and made scheduling this appointment a breeze! And second, our technician Nate did an outstanding job. Professional, courteous, paid attention to the details, and answered all of our questions. And I cannot leave out the quickness of the their carpet cleaning process! Nate arrived a little before 830am and was done the family room, 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairway, and area rug by about 10am!

I highly recommend HydroClean! My son started violently coughing when we turned our heat on this fall and it was impacting his sleep. I scheduled an appointment with HydroClean for 2 weeks later. They called me 2 days later because there was cancellation and fit us into their schedule. After the cleaning, my son was able to sleep without coughing. HydroClean’s employees are all polite, helpful, and friendly. The scheduling department is well organized and easy to get in touch with. We had our vents sealed with them in the past and it helped our 30 year old HVAC system run much more efficiently.

Had my dryer vent cleaned today. I was informed that staff would show up between 10AM and 2PM. At exactly 10AM the young men showed up. They were very professional, timely and informed me throughout of what was too be expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, faster than I had expected. Really great, professional staff. I would definitely use this company again.

The tile on my kitchen floor looks like new. Albin and Jason removed the wax, steamed clean the floor and grout. I'm pleased that their professionalism, knowledge and customer support. Until next time, thank you Hydro Clean for an amazing job.

Nate did a good job cleaning our carpeted floor in 2 bedrooms and stairs. He also took his time in explaining the best way to assist it in drying and how often we should get our carpet floor cleaned.

Hydro Clean has been out to my home twice now—first to clean my dryer ducts and seal my sofa, and then again for a spot clean—and I remain incredibly impressed with their work. The technician from Hydro Clean did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets! The carpets were way overdue for cleaning and there were several stains and spots to be removed. The tech really had a challenge, but he even removed spots that weren't removed from the last cleaning. Both my wall to wall carpets and area rugs look totally refreshed. I highly recommend this company for their professional, efficient, and courteous customer service.

The teams that serviced our house were great! There was one small oversight on the day of the duct cleaning which with a phone call was quickly rectified. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. We would highly recommend!
